From here there are many options, such as walking/cycling along the IJssel, a day trip to the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer, sauna Thermen Bussloo, Paleis het Loo in Apeldoorn or to the Veluwe. De ruime villa heeft een oppervlakte van 110 m2 en 3 slaapkamers en is omringd door een grote tuin grenzend aan het bos. Unique heritage accommodation in the Achterhoek! In an artist's studio from 1910, a comfortable lodging has been realized since the summer of 2025. Quietly located in an oasis of greenery and yet right in the center of Zelhem. Swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shops and bus stop within walking distance. It is an ideal base for walks, bike rides through the beautiful scenery of the Achterhoek or a visit to atmospheric places such as Doesburg, Bronckhorst, Vorden and Zutphen.

De Kweepeer is een knusse ruimte in het bakhuis dat naast een woonboerderij gelegen is. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Beemte Broekland ligt in een landelijke omgeving tussen Apeldoorn en Deventer. Je houdt van een vintage uitstraling en stille omgeving, zeker 's avonds. De Veluwe en de IJssel zijn goed te bezoeken, maar steden als Zutphen en Zwolle zijn ook goed bereikbaar. Je mag de auto(‘s) bij het woonhuis parkeren. We bieden geen ontbijtservice. Kom eens logeren!
