Karen is a very nice and thoughtful landlord. She prepared everything that travelers may need daily. She even had delicious meat buns in freezer ready for us before we checked in. The apartment is very clean and nicely set up. We felt comfortable throughout the entire trip staying in the apartment. The apartment is conveniently located next to an outlet mall, several shopping malls, and the HSR Taoyuan station. It's also within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. If you prefer staying near the airport but still want to explore other cities, Karen's apartment is the top choice!

This was great place to stay! The building looks old and smells like cigarettes BUT it feels safer because you need the fob to take the elevator and the room has two doors to unlock as well. Then when you go into the room it doesn't smell like the outside at all. The air conditioner and dehumidifier make it feel great and comfortable. The washing machine has a drying function, and right across the street there is a breakfast place, as well as family mart that is always open.

房源整理的很乾淨，連廚具碗盤都有，剛好入住這幾天比較冷，廁所還有暖氣非常舒適，基本上我是覺得什麼都有了😂😂😂 房東人也很好，有什麼問題詢問都很快的幫忙解決，從入住前到退房都是非常安心的！ 停車也是超級滿意，原本很擔心自己在外面找會很麻煩，抵達時看到門口路邊的停車格都是滿的，而且都是紅線，想說要停很遠，結果側面就有一個很大的停車場，入住後也是再開車出去晃，回來完全沒有沒位置的問題，而且重點是超級便宜！ 真的要挑的話大概是隔音沒有這麼好，房間的人打呼隔壁房是聽得到的，但並沒有影響這次住宿的感受，還是非常滿意👍

Lynn was very friendly and responsive to my questions, one of which was even my own misunderstanding of how the hot water worked. She not only responded quickly but also made sure I felt comfortable enjoying the accommodation the place provided. The unit was very clean. The washer and dryer provided great convenience for people with longer stay needs. The loft could sleep two, but I mainly stayed on the main floor and slept on the sofa bed which I had no problem. The security people at the entrance foyer were very professional and friendly. The neighborhood was convenient yet quiet and safe. There were a lot of small stores, local restaurants, a big park and Mitsui Outlet all within walking distance. The transportations to Taipei City or Taoyuan airport were convenient too. There were different bus routes and MRT to take. I had a wonderful 2 week stay there and would recommend this place if you plan to stay in Linkou.

搭機前一晚從高鐵站搭計程車10分鐘內到住宿處，早上叫計程車準時來接送很方便，住宿環境也很整齊乾淨，一樓有提供牛奶、餅乾和泡麵。缺點是隔音不太好，半夜兩點隔壁房有旅客入住，講話和嘻笑非常大聲，後來敲門提醒他們就比較好了。

This is our 3rd visit to Johnny's place & it has a heartwarming feel to it, just like our own home 🏡 Everything is made easily accessible and convenient for everyone. Top marks 💯 for comfort, style & stress-free stay! There are plentiful of healthy drinks, snacks and different varieties of lovely homemade bread, especially the famous & delicious bagel 🥯 😋 (which we like to believe that are baked by you)! Like a small hotel room. No window. Hot water was nice in the shower. It is fine for a basic place to stay.

very cozy home. even though the building is rather old, the condo itself is nicely renovated, clean, and neatly organized. you can tell that the host has put a lot of thought into making it as comfortable as possible. the condo comes stocked with extra amenities such as various toiletries, towels, pillows, and more. the toilet comes with a heated bidet seat and the bathroom itself even has a custom vent thing on the ceiling (I’m not sure exactly what it’s called but it was my favorite feature of the condo) that can help warm/cool the bathroom and functionally dries out the bathroom itself and any wet towels (which is extra nice since Taiwan is so humid and things dry very slowly). trash and recyclables can be disposed of in the basement at your convenience. in addition, there is a supermarket as well as a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart within a 3 minute walk so it’s very convenient. overall I would give this place 4.9 out of 5 stars. this is a fantastic place to stay at.

我們是一對母子，因為家裡正在小裝修，臨時入住民宿。 民宿裡樣樣俱全，如同一個溫馨的家，廚房鍋碗瓢盆、烤箱、微波爐也都有，早餐微波便利商店的食品真的好方便。 民宿裡有提供洗衣機，洗完衣服脫乾之後搭配了民宿裡的除濕機，今天晚上衣服洗好明天就乾了，真的很不錯。 房東非常細心，會在每個使用的區域還有使用用具、器具方面用小紙條貼在旁邊做說明。 最後要退房的時候，我們不小心把鑰匙留在屋內就把門關起來了，跟房東用訊息的方式告知，並且說聲不好意思，房東人真的很好，還說沒關係，說自己的物品有記得帶走就好。 這間民宿真的提供給我非常美好的體驗。 很值得推薦給大家。

Amanda is a wonderful host, she came to meet us and is quite responsive . The place has all the amenities, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with bidet and toilet warmers. everything is clean and she gave us instructions as to how to get around. it's good for families with elderly since you don't need to clim stairs .They have elevator in the building. It was a good stay for us.

Cy is a great host. I got locked out of the apartment and they came immediately to help. Their washing machine and dryer are very nice and big! The place is located along the Taoyuen MRT express so it was very convenient too.

New building in a new modern area walking distance from speed train station (15 min to Taipei) which is an airport MRT station too. Apartment is bigger than it looks from the pictures. All appliances are very high quality . Reverse osmosis water filter, fridge with ice cubes maker and auto wash toilet to name a few. Decorated to feel like home. We didn’t hear nearby construction thanks to good quality windows. The only minor downside is lack of natural light. I really recommend the location and the apartment .

This flat is well managed, everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided. The location is supreme, across street from the outlet park, the selections of eateries are endless. The host team was always responsive and supportive. I highly recommend this BnB, and will definitely rebook it for our next Taipei visit.
