Welcome to the holiday idyll on the edge of the forest. The property is located on our property, surrounded by the unique nature of Mecklenburg Switzerland. Nestled in the hilly landscape, you will find pure relaxation here. The building complex consists of a large sleeping and living yurt and a cottage in which the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with warm water are located. Enjoy the moments in the sauna, by the pond, by the campfire, in the hammock or in the flower garden.

Edeka, tram and S-Bahn stations, and the green Lindenpark are right around the corner; the city center is a 10–15 minute walk away, and Warnemünde is easily reached by S-Bahn. The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

Benitz is located in the north of Mecklenburg between Rostock and the artist city of Schwaan. In addition to 2 playgrounds, Benitz has a small Warnow harbor from which paddle tours can be started. The Berlin-Copenhagen bike path runs right by our house. Apartment for 4 guests with two bedrooms.

A child-friendly bedroom with bunk bed (90 × 200), toys and play tent, another bedroom with large double bed (180 × 200), a workplace, as well as a living room with electric fireplace and 75-inch TV with sound system as a highlight await you. The living room opens into an open kitchen with a large table and modern kitchen. Here, two more people can sleep in the pull-out day bed (160 × 200).
