Bed&Boat is a two-story boathouse (with boat) that looks over the picturesque Alūksne Lake and castle ruins of the Livonian Order. The boathouse is located on the inner shore of the Alūksne Lake. There is free parking space, cafes, swimming spots, an open-air stage, basketball, football and volleyball courts, a children’s playground, a viewing tower and walking trails around the Alūksne Castle Park.

Boat shed, or boat house, is a place where you can relax from everyday life on the shore of Lake Alūksne. This type of boat shed has been used (and still used) by Alūksne anglers, storing their boats used when fishing.
