The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

From the large terrace you have a great view of the Szczecin Lagoon! Very tasteful decor with a lot of love for detail. Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you can comfortably take care of yourself. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee through the campsite operator. The small terrace invites you to relax and unwind. For hygienic reasons, please bring your own bed linen and towels.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

The cottage has a full kitchen, living room, bedroom on the ground floor, guest toilet with sauna and on the top floor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. In total, the house can accommodate 6 people.

Sit back and relax - this stylish accommodation is great for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The beach and lakes can be reached quickly. Cycling is very important here and is possible in all directions. Hikers will also get their money's worth. Shopping in Bansin is about 4 km away. In the high season, a baker also comes weekly. Eggs are available fresh from the farm. Tips for excursions are also available.

The apartment is part of our house, but has separate access and its own small piece of garden.... You have your peace with us, we do live in the same house, but everything is physically separated from each other.... the village of Benz is perhaps not for people who only want to lie on the beach all day, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island.
