Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Zrmanja

We never had a better experience than with Sanja! She is so helpful and we are really thankful for her welcoming. We felt like we are at home, so we enjoyed the wonderful house to the fullest. Our dog Louie also enjoyed playing with her dog Bura and we are sure, that he will miss her. We will definitely come back! Thanks for everything.

The good weather wasn't always there, but the kids had plenty to do in the space. Thanks again for that. The accommodation is located near the sea, it can be reached on foot in 10 min. The street is very quiet. Everything necessary is present in the accommodation to have a good stay.

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

The place was very clean and the view was beautiful. The host Nikša responded to us very quickly, helped us, sent us beaches, supermarkets etc. nearby and was a great host! We had a very pleasant time there.

We had a great experience with Damir and his sister as the host. The place is amazing, very quiet, beautiful around, lovely local restaurants. The apartment itself was great. Despite the sudden temperature drop it was warm and cosy inside. It felt as if we were at home. We had a big terrace with an amazing view and sunsets. The swimming pool was always clean. There are sunbeds and umbrellas, everything you need for a great vocation. Our children are already asking us to come back, it says a lot....)))

Very friendly and accommodating host. Respond quickly to all inquiries. The house is just like the pictures. Kitchen is especially well equipped Open all the smart cabinets you will find everything you need. Convenient and pleasantly decorated. The house is close to grocery store, bakery, butcher, good resturants, a local coffee shop and a bar. You reach beaches on both sides of the peninsula on foot. Short distance to Trogir. Split and Primosten within easy reach for a day trip. We are very happy with our stay. We appreciate that the place is in an area of Croatian daily life, not just for tourists. The place was just awesome! The decor is really great (exactly our style!). It was extremely clean and Tonka greeted us personally and was extremely warm. The location of the property is perfect for visiting Zadar or Paklenica National Park. We felt very comfortable and it was one of the best we've had so far.

Beautiful and very clean appartment. The host is very nice and always willing to help you. Our little boy had his own babybed with some very cute stuffed animals. Kitchen and bathroom extremely clean with coffee machine (coffee included) and some homemade marmelade and wine. Bathroom looks like new and includes washing machine. The area around the house is quiet and safe. We would recommend it to anyone.

BEST LOCATION. The apartment is at the entrance of the bridge that leads you to the old Town, the only thing to visit in Zara. The apartment has lots of space and light. Tamara has at your disposal more than you would ever need. The closets had old drawers difficult to open but you have more than enough room to store all you need. We went every night to enjoy the sea organ's music. The ambiente of the old city is very magical. We would like to come back to Zara and we'll surely return to Tamara's place!

Although we were only here for one night, we loved our stay! Easily walkable to the city center and the bus/ferry terminals and clear communication with checking in. The balcony was also a huge plus to hang out and enjoy the views in the evening. Would definitely recommend Ivana’s place!

Meri's apartment is a great choice for staying in Zadar! The apartment is located in a family house, so we felt very welcome, and the atmosphere was friendly. :) The apartment description is accurate; we had everything we needed, and everything was clean. You can easily park in a private space right in front of the house, and the grocery store is located within a short walkable distance. Communication with Meri was perfect, and there was no problem. I highly recommend this place. :)

Newly renovated home, 3 large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Large kitchen and space to eat both inside and under the porch. Comfortable outdoor space for the kids, with a shower and a great barbecue we used. There's air conditioning, but the house is already cool with you (we were on the ground floor). Quiet country with a couple of sandy beaches within walking distance and well positioned to see Zadar and its surroundings. Convenient parking under the house. Recommended.

Mihovil’s place was perfect. It was everything we needed for our stay in Split. The studio was spotless and a very short walk to the port, the bus station, Diocletian’s palace and shops. Mihovil is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here 😊

Great place to stay when in Šibenik as it’s solidly spacious and has a big balcony + place to park the car. Saša was super responsive!

We had a great stay at this place which is nice, spacious and convenient. Access to the beach is direct, which is a major asset. Access to Split is easily 10min by car / Uber or 15-20min by Bus. Host is attentive and responds quickly I highly recommend this place that allowed us to have a wonderful vacation.

Location was close to Old Town (10 minute walk). Safe area, good restaurants, bus station and grocery store near by.

Filip is a super host, he waited for us despite our delay. The apartment was as described, nothing was missing. Parking under the house. A 10-minute walk from the center of Split.

Amazing accommodation.

Ante and Linda's place felt like a home away from home. They are both friendly, fantastic and very accomodating hosts, the apartment is very good, short walk from the old town, and in a nice neighbourhood with a lovely sight of the sea. We will be recommending this place to our friends and would 100% it recommend to people reading this review.

We spent few nights in Split. Accomodation was great: felt new and was absolutely clean. We knew beforehand that the location was not that close to center and relied mostly on Uber/Bolt. The neighbourhood had all the necessary services, but there wasnt too much to see. As long as that does not bother you, the accomodation was great with private parking place and would recommend it to anyone visiting Split.
