Zur Badestelle sind es nur 20m und zum hauseigenem Ruderboot knapp 50m. Auf der Auffahrt stehen 4 Stellplätze zur Verfügung.

Im Wintergarten ist der Blick in alle Richtungen einfach nur schön und bei gutem Wetter ist beim verweilen auf der Terrasse bestimmt auch ein Pferd beim schmatzen zu hören. In nur 3km Entfernung befindet sich ein Supermarkt und 7km sind es bis in die Innenstadt von Wismar. Alles auch über einen Radweg zu erreichen.
