Vacation rentals with lake access in Żywiec Lake

We were delighted! We drove 10 people in a group for New Year's Eve and the cottage turned out to be a 10th shot! Very spacious, nice and above all well-maintained house! Supplied with everything you need. Great contact with Jadwiga. She responded very quickly to our every question and was always on call in case anything happens! Beautiful neighborhood for walking. Beautiful views and a good restaurant literally across the street. We hope to go to the same place again this summer. Highly RECOMMEND!

The cabin was modern, clean, and well-equipped. The neighborhood was also beautiful and the nature was absolutely beautiful. Overall, everything was more than perfect and I highly recommend one that bothered us a little bit was the hard mattresses, but we got used to it.

The large - really very well appointed - kitchen and the large dining and living room was really beautiful. Very nice bright, and with a nice view of the garden and the lake behind. Also from the large table on the terrace you have a great view of the beautiful garden - even with a small pool - and of course view of the lake. You can really feel comfortable in the house. It is a really very nice and quiet location. The access to the lake is possible via a short path through a gate (key is included). There is a lot of nature or even the small stand to discover by bike or on foot. We enjoyed it very much, and we could be active and also relax well. We would come back in a heartbeat if we go back to this area.

Very nice cottage. Clean and cozy interiors, fully equipped kitchens and comfortable rooms. In addition, a beautiful view from the terrace and the possibility of using amenities such as a grill or a fire pit. Highly recommend this place ☺️

The house is surrounded by greenery a long distance from other buildings. The kitchen is fully equipped. BBQ grill and atmospheric fire pit. A place to recommend! Best regards.

We had a great stay! Our family moved from several places in the world and from Poland, so we were looking for a special place to spend Christmas. A beautiful, quiet place. A home equipped with all the necessary amenities to prepare meals-from quickly reheating to cooking holiday dishes. My stay at this place was fantastic! The place looks exactly like the photos—clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing great local recommendations that made my trip even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it! I would definitely book again if I have the chance!

This apartment is the real definition of home away from home. I definitely will recommend this anytime to anyone, as far as on is interested in serenity as well as peace. Very nice place. The place is located in a large complex of nice apartments. Even though it's still under construction, you'll be ready soon. A very good base for walking in the surrounding mountains. The place is brand new, everything is just right. Huge balcony, perfect for lounging.

Apartment is just perfect! Katarzyna is the best host, helpful and responsive. It feels like home here, and we're already planning next visit :)

Fantastic place to stay in for short and long trips. The appartment was exactly as on pictures, super comfy, zero noise coming in from outside. Great area, 2min walking to the lake and 10min by driving to Żywiec city centre. The comm with landlord was perfect, quick. I do recommend staying in this place! You will love it!

We (2 adults + 3 kids) had a wonderful time in Sonias Cottage. We were welcomed by her parents and everything was as described. The house is equipped with all essential things. Especially we loved the sitting area outside with a fire place and barbecue. The steps to the sleeping rooms are a bit challenging but our 3 yr old daughter managed them even by night. Sonias place is perfect for exploring the Orava Region - we totally recommend it! Thanks Sonia & parents!

We loved our week staying here. We first visited Bialka Tatrzanska last year and found the skiing perfect for our 3 young boys to learn. The chalet was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The log burner was perfect and the kids really enjoyed going in the hot tub. We'll be back again.

We have been travelling Poland for a quite a bit and can only echo all positive reviews provided already. Helena and her family have welcomed us warmly at her beautiful and very cosy cottage so that we felt home right away. We were also spoiled with some unexpected amenities we loved to use. The location is perfect as a starting point for all sorts of activities, such as exploring the town, going for a mountain hike or biking among others of course. We truly enjoyed Helena's place and will gladly come back. Highly recommended (also for non-Polish speakers).

Highly recommend! We used this time as much as we could. Beautiful lights, hot tubs, and BBQs! Beautiful place, surrounded by greenery, in the cottage you can also not worry about the fact that it will be cold or too hot. We'll be sure to come back

This was such a beautiful location. The cottage was spacious and well equipped with stunning views, and the pool, sauna and outdoor facilities were perfect. Kasha our hostess was super responsive, friendly and always went out of her way to help us (including sorting a doctors appointment for our daughter and meeting us at the clinic to help translate). Can’t thank her enough and highly recommend sunny cottages as a really lovely spot for a holiday - accessible for the mountains, river, lake and for Zakopane, but far enough away from the crowds to feel really peaceful and relaxing.
