Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Floor bed on the bottom and 140cm double bed on sleeping loft. The price includes bed linen and towels. Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 YEARS (or in the company of the guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore quiet after 22:00 hours is a requirement. No parties!!

Amazing location with ski in/ski out right next to the competition arena in Nya Lundsgården. 49 sqm. Free parking. Ski storage right inside the door and space for bikes. Cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are not included, can be booked at extra cost. The apartment is tastefully renovated in recent years with nice surface layers, new kitchen with induction stove, oven, granite countertop, new fridge/freezer & dishwasher. Bright sun terrace in approx. 15 sqm. Walking distance, 1 km, to train station and grocery stores in Åre centre.

Brand new apartment with cottage feel

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walk of 100 meters to the ski slopes of Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åres lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find the restaurant, mini life and the ski bus into Åre (open during ski season). Forced privately by Daniel & Emma!

Newly-built cottage by the foot of the mountain with Ski-In

Maxa ski holiday in our cozy cottage, right next to Duved's lovely ski system. This is where you avoid the crowds inside Åre! A short walk will take you to the ski slopes where you come up by the children's hill + the lift to Tegefjäll's ski area. When you go home from the hill, ski all the way – Ski-In. If you want to go in Åre/Björnen, there is a bus stop for a ski bus 1 minute away. After a day on the mountain, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and have a refreshing swim (if you dare!) in the mountain stream just outside.

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully situated above E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to go by bus, you get down to the bus stop at E14. You can bring your skis or board on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can hike, fish, go dog sledding, hire snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can get directly from the house to hiking trails and cross country cycling. If you have any questions, call us and ask.

Welcome to our centrally located apartment in Åre of 43 sqm. Here you have fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, two separate bedrooms of which one in the loft with double bed, and one with two separate beds. You are walking distance to the ski slopes, and at the same time live in the middle of the village with proximity to shopping, restaurants and amusements. If you arrive by train, the station is just across the street and you can easily get to the house in less than 5 minutes.

Cozy apartment right in the city center & close to everything!

Note! We weeks 2-5 we only rent out to families or parties 35+. Fresh apartment in the middle of central Åre with a lovely balcony facing south. 200 meters to Åre Torg and 100 meters to the train station. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Of course, children are welcome in the company of parents! Rented to maximum 6 adults. Works for 7 people if some are children. Rented Sun-Sun, Sun-Thurs or Thu-Sun. Featured weeks only Sun-Sun. Christmas week we rent out ons-ons.

Good storage and drying facilities. WIFI, TV with apple TV. Own part of patio. Not shoveled in winter. Parking space - by house. "Trixy" driveway up, due to road conditions.

Exclusive ski in/ski out apartment in popular Åre Sadeln. The apartment is furnished in modern ski lodge style with four bedrooms (126sqm). Three double bedrooms and one room with four beds. Close to cross country skiing and biking and other facilites like restaurants and stores and only one ski lift from Åre Town. Log house with ski-in ski-out location and magical view of Åresjön. In summer, the mbt trails are just outside the house. Everyone in the group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna overlooking the lake. The 4 bedrooms are divided into 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed. 1 bedroom with bunk bed and sofa bed. Kitchen upstairs adjacent to dining area and living room with large panaroma windows.

Superb apartment in central Åre.

Very nice three bedroom apartment in central Åre with free parking and a sauna. Only five minutes walk to both train station, grocery store, square and ski system. The apartment has combined kitchen and living room with dinner table and couch group in front of the TV. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna and separate storage room for skis, sporting goods, clothes, etc. Parking with space for a car. Patio area with view over Åresjönjön.
