Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

There IS AN INFRARED SAUNA and shower ON the covered terrace for our guests. “A country of a thousand islands where tranquility comes to relax.” We are an ideal choice for both passive and active recreation seekers. The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no immediate neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road lies the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is 300 HUF/person/night and has to be paid separately.

The house is a perfect strategic starting point for excursions and culture - e.g. Schloss Esterhazy/Eisenstadt, Family Park and Opera/St. Margarethen, Operette/Seebühne Mörbisch, Rust, Baden im Neusiedler or Neufelder See. The house is located directly on the connecting bike path B13 and is therefore ideal for tours between Lake Neusiedl and the Mittelburgenland. Excursions to Hungary are possible in about 30 minutes by car: summer toboggan run/Sopron, Fertőrákos, Esterházy Castle in Fertőd

You rent a granny flat suitable for 1 to 6 people as a separate part of a one family house. There's lots of equipment, a quiet surrounding and it is near the city's centre. Garden /terrace can be used (sunbeds, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, swings, horizontal bar,...) The rooms are big and provide plenty of (storage) space. There are 3 queensize-beds: a bed and a sofa bed with toppers for even more comfort in the sleeping room, another sofa bed can be used in the living-room.
