Dear people. I'am so lucky to live in my dreamhouse: a loft in an old sigar factory. The high ceilings and open space give an unique atmosphere. The house has an industrial look & feel but it's cosy and intimate at the same time. It's located in a quite street in the famous canaldistrict; it makes this spot the perfect base from where you can discover the city. Comfortable fully furnished loft/apartment with a mix of quality designer and vintage furniture, complemented with artworks from the painter who lived here for decades. At the front side of the apartment you have a great canal view and at the backside a view on the quiet garden with a beautiful Magnolia tree. Although very centrally located in a lively neighbourhood in the city center, the street and the house is quiet, which is highly appreciated by the owners, two architects, as well.

Light & Lofty Townhouse, in 'de Pijp'

I transformed this '19th century hay attic' on the second floor into a comfortable home (My 12 year old son and I live here). It is very light and spacious. The neighbourhood is filled with delis, bars and restaurants. Rijks, Stedelijk, van Gogh museum and the canals are around the corner. So are bike rentals, canal cruises, Paradiso and Concertgebouw. It is my home and studio (I am a designer), when I am travelling, I AirBnB it.
