My place is close to parks, the city center, and restaurants and dining. There is great outdoors space, the neighborhood, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. It is minutes away from Clemson University and to the Football Stadium. I will gladly give you a ride to the stadium! The apartment is great for families during football games! I also have a second unit for rent, in the same house. It sleeps 6-7 people.

Absolutely stunning luxury home on Lake Hartwell. Main floor boasts massive ceilings and open concept living between living room, kitchen, and den with pool table. Step out of the living room and into the screened in porch and then down the paved path to our dock with four kayaks and stand up paddle board Main floor has primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite. Head upstairs for three more bedrooms with a queen bedroom, two twin bedroom, and a double bunk room, and a full bathroom.

Enjoy your stay in this cozy 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home on Lake Hartwell. We are located 20 minutes from Clemson, 15 minutes to Anderson, and 40 minutes to Greenville, so there is plenty in the area to keep you busy. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.
