The Coach House

The Coach house has recently been lovingly restored and is full of charm and light. It has a calm, tranquil feel with every comfort a visitor could wish for. It is the perfect place for an Irish getaway nestled on the shores of Blessington lake and surrounded by the majestic Wicklow Mountains. Within 10 mins there are the villages of Ballymore Eustace and Hollywood both with wonderful Gastro-pubs and Blessington for all shopping. Warm, comfy, accommodation, attached to our home, situated in the breathtaking Glenmacnass valley. Incredibly scenic & tranquil. On the edge of the National Park & a short drive from Glendalough, as well as many other beautiful places, too numerous to mention. An amazingly quaint self-catering accommodation just made for that romantic get-away. You'll love it's warm cosy atmosphere, technology detox but with the necessary mod-cons. Located on the shore of Blessington lake with direct access to the beach, the house combines old cottage charm with modern conveniences and style. This slightly elevated site offers amazing panoramic views of the Wicklow Mountains to one side and Blessington to the other. Both sunrise and sunsets over the lake must be seen to be believed. Parking available in front of the house. We have 3 kayaks at the house which you can borrow after we run through some health and safety rules.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.
