The apartment is only 7-10 minutes from the center of tumbes in collective, 7-10 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from the hot beaches, 25 minutes from Puerto Pizarro and 30 minutes from the border.

The house is 320 m², three levels, is located a few meters from the touristland of Zorritos and the beach. The house is prepared for 14 people distributed in 5 rooms (all with ocean views), it has a swimming pool, large terrace with beautiful ocean views, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, equipped kitchen, hammocks in the pool area, kitchenette and an orchard; we also have grill and private parking for two cars. The place is good for families (with children), big groups.

The house is very functional, it has the attention of a Ms. Maintenance who will make beds and cleaning. I could also have the service of a lady who prepared the delicious dishes of the area. The house is facing the sea, it has a nice wide herd to protect from the sun, it has a swimming pool as well.
