I would definitely recommend this apartment to visit Paris Very clean, recent amenities in a very good condition. Bus 2 minute walk , that leaves you next to the RER. In addition , 1 small courtyard equipped with table and chairs. Go there with your eyes closed.

Nice place to stay near the train as described in the listing. Boulangerie and supermarkets are within walking distance. There were five of us and we were very comfortable. The contact with Emilie and Nicolas was very nice, even a later checkout was not an issue. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation.

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. Very friendly and helpful hosts

What a wonderful place to stay. We loved how quiet the house was, tucked away from the main traffic. The noisiest thing we heard was the birds in the morning. But we were not far from the shops and things to do in Versailles. The neighborhood was very clean and safe with wide boulevards and paths to walk. Lots of kids biking, people running, everyone out. The house is older but modernized. Very pretty with plants growing everywhere. There is original art hung in the house, and lots of books to read. We wish we could have stayed two more days. It was such a comfortable and refreshing place to stay. Great find for us.

We stayed in this house from April 12 to 17, 2025 and had a very nice time overall! The house is spacious, well equipped and ideal for families – especially the garden and quiet location were perfect for us with children. The host Salina was always available, very friendly and helpful – we felt well looked after! Overall a great base to discover Paris and surroundings. Thank you for the hospitality!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. A pleasant relaxing break close to Paris. Clean and well-appointed accommodation, you feel good there. The hospitality and availability of the host is a real plus, not to mention Kili's company!

Elodie's home is super comfortable. For those who want to be in a house, with leisure and only 30 min drive from Paris or 50 min with train/meter it is a great option. Also advised for those traveling with children in the summer.

Can't recommend Anne and Jean-Luc's place enough. Great location, very walkable, near a metro line. Exactly as described. Very comfortable. Thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a very local and unique experience. Facilitated early check-in, very communicative and friendly.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

We loved everything about this place!!! It was perfect for our family of five. The backyard is stunning, the neighborhood is safe and quaint and it was easy to access the metro to get into the city center. If you are going to Paris with a family or group of friends, this is the place to stay!

Can’t recommend Emilie’s place enough. It’s such a wonderful place to stay in Paris. The neighborhood is quiet but there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities. The metro to all of the sites (Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, etc.) is a 3-4 min walk, but here you’ll find the best of Paris at the most reasonable prices. If you’re a seasoned traveler like my partner and myself, you’re looking to avoid tourist trap areas. Emilie’s place is the perfect way to experience Paris as a local and a visitor. Emilie is also an exceptionally kind and responsive host. Don’t hesitate, just book!

What a fantastic place to stay in a quiet area a short distance (and easy to travel by train) from Paris. Spacious, full of comforts and a very likeable host who is very willing to arrange everything as well as possible! We had a great time in this house: highly recommended!

The well-kept apartment is located in a quiet area. The huge park is 5 minutes walking distance and is a real win. He invites you to stroll and relax. The city center is easily accessible by metro. We were there as a family with teenagers and completely satisfied.
