Elegant and warm atmosphere in a large T2 ideally located between old port, old charity, cathedral of the major, mucem, terraces of the port, street of the republic..., on the edge of the basket. Numerous restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance. The old apartment is tastefully renovated maintaining the character of the building which is an old convent. A beautiful spacious room, a large living room, and all the traveler's comforts. Closed supervised parking at 100m free of charge.

My apartment is nestled on the top floor, under the roofs of the building. It is about 37 m2 and is configured as a duplex: downstairs are the main room, small kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. There is a small balcony and a nice view! Upstairs: the large bedroom with storage for your clothes and a double bed (160 x 200). And a desk area for remote work. There is enough to have a good night's sleep: SLEEP PEACEFULLY in comfortable bedding.
