Luxury rentals in 8th arrondissement

If you are looking to stay in one of the best areas of Paris, with the best shops, boutiques, and restaurants, then stay here in the 8th. You are in the heart of the fashion district. Very safe - you have to go thru three locked doors to get to the unit - which was important while traveling with a 1.5 and 3.5 year old. The apartment looks like it is from a designer magazine. Would love softer beds but we wouldn't stay in any other arr. The location is amazing. Ubers are always nearby.

I agree with the reviewer who said “just do it!” as well as all the other rave reviews! Seriously, this was just about the most incredible & unique experience staying in Paris that we could have imagined. We have never stayed in a place so beautiful, both for the location on the Seine while still being very close to Paris (feels like a quieter part of Paris, not "surburban"), plus the gorgeous architect designed house & interior. I couldn’t stop taking photos! It also felt like incredible value for the price compared to other properties both in Paris and the New York area for example where we have spent many summers. Bettina, the architect & owner of the house, was wonderfully attentive both before & during our stay. The local restaurant she recommended, Livio, was fantastic, & we also enjoyed some other local restaurants. Plus it was extremely easy to take the metro or an Uber to access central Paris in as little as 20-30 mins. Dream vacation! We didn't want to leave!

Great Airbnb. Like a hotel! Maid service was great. Beds very comfortable. Heating and air conditioning worked. Lovely bathrooms. Stocked fridge with drinks on arrival. Host helped coordinate airport car service. Great central location. Minor negatives were there was a little construction in the building and scaffolding and three different codes are needed to get in. Genuinely had a great stay! Very responsive hosts.

We write few reviews, but it is hard not to write one for our experience at Homanie’s apartment in the 6/7th Arrondissements. The apartment is lovely. It is beautifully appointed and the pictures online are accurate. The views—both front and back—are simply spectacular. Perfect “roof tops of Paris” views! Open the windows/doors and Eiffel Tower lights and Paris breezes rush in. Excellent restaurants abound and the best boulangerie is literally across the street. We love to walk and the walkability from this apartment is exceptional. A bank ATM is around the corner. Le Bon Marche is an easy walk. The sights and sounds of the heart of Paris are all around you. Beyond all this, the concierge service was wonderful. Shiv was a true gem and we cannot say enough about Antoine. He catered to all our requests and quickly arranged for a doctor to visit the apartment when our daughter had a medical need! The owner welcomed us with a lovely hand-written note and bottle of champagne. 5 STARS!

The apartment was amazing, with a very spacious living room, high ceilings, and a perfect space for the whole family to enjoy. This was our first trip to Paris, and the location couldn’t have been better — just a 7-minute walk to Notre Dame and dozens of restaurants just minutes away on foot. We have only good things to say about the hosts, Warren and Darren, who made sure we had plenty of helpful information before our arrival, as well as about the apartment and the neighborhood. Highly recommended for everyone — families as well as those looking to enjoy the city’s nightlife!

Great apartment, great location, great host. Unexpected daily cleaning service which we didn’t need but was a welcome surprise compared to other similarly priced alternatives. If you want a Paris apartment experience this is the place for you. Two bedrooms both with on suites and a half bath off the common area. It’s a dream.

As always, a phenomenal stay with the best hospitality.
