Condo vacation rentals in 9th arrondissement

Very well arranged and spacious apartment for a couple and 2 children. The bathroom was missing 1 hand towel but otherwise very well-equipped. Very smooth communication with Anthony. we had a lovely stay.

Quiet stay in this month of May with Stéphanie and Léa who were responsive and available to our request. The apartment is functional, as described.

Present during our arrival and our night, Madam and Sir were very welcoming as well as attentive to our slightest questions or needs. I highly recommend these pleasant and dedicated people to have a pleasant stay.

Great stay at Sébastien's. The apartment is very comfortable, and the view is stunning, even more beautiful than in the photos. The location is ideal if you want to be quiet and next to the center and beaches. The residence's swimming pool was very nice, and it's never crowded, I was even able to swim there alone at lunchtime. I recommend it and will return on a future stay.

Pascal’s listing was absolutely wonderful, and the surrounding area is breathtaking, you can see and hear the ocean waves easily from the apartment. Leaving was so hard because we had such a wonderful time.

Fabrice is a very welcoming host who waited for us despite a late check-in. Always good advice for nearby walks and points of interest. A little extra, the private parking space that avoids many worries in a popular city like Cassis. Recommended host + ++++++++

Very pleasant stay at Janick's, large apartment, sea view with terrace, bedroom in the back so quiet, well equipped and on the second floor of the residence. Close to the beach crossing the road and nearby bars / restaurants. Recommended! Thank you Janick for your welcome and this very good stay in La Ciotat.

It's a place that allows you to first visit the calanques rather than the city center of Marseille, which redraws the image of the city. There is really a holiday vibe on the red tip with the beach next door which is very nice. The Apartment is located on a quiet, family-friendly residence.

A Superhost indeed, Stéphane was able to welcome us as soon as we arrived before 4pm, warm welcome, very clean apartment, beds ready, including the crib. Had planned the reserves for the small but not for us, arrived 1st pm, Stéphane was kind enough to offer to help us on his own reserves. Neighbors a little noisy in the evening (but nothing dramatic, you're just not used to being in an apartment anymore😅). Stéphane was also very responsive in communication so everything was easy and fluid.

We had a lovely stay at Véronique's. The accommodation is perfect, cozy , well decorated , with everything you need. The bedding is good, we have everything there. It is very well located , with a beautiful view , we will be happy to come back! Thank you Veronique for your welcome

We had a pleasant stay at Nathalie's . The view is really beautiful from the deck and pool . The apartment is functional. Parking is available in front of the house , which is convenient .

Great apartment, well-equipped, in a beautiful residence. The view from the apartment is beautiful, a real pleasure to open the shutters in the morning. And in the evening we get the sunset, it's great.

Sophie's apartment is ideally located and totally secure with ample basement parking, recent construction and very well arranged. The garden overlooks a wooded area. Peace and serenity. Access to the beach and shops and restaurants is very easy on foot!! the beach is a 2-minute walk away. Sophie and Laurent are very responsive and caring hosts. Thanks to them! We had a pleasant stay at Karine and her husband's. The accommodation and its location, the ultra neat decor, the environment, the welcome upon arrival and the exchanges, everything was of quality and appreciable. We felt comfortable and Karine is very friendly. Unfortunately, time didn't allow us to try a swim in the pool. Very convenient to be able to park your car during the stay.

Wonderful stay in Cassis with lots of activities nearby. The accommodation is very good, clean, functional and in a beautiful environment with an amazing view from the terrace. I recommend it without hesitation.

Excellent accommodation to discover Cassis and its surroundings (La Ciotat, Castellet, Sanary sur mer). Ideal location with all amenities 2min walk (en primeur, bakery, gas station, restaurant,..) and the ridge road 3min drive. Downtown is within walking distance and very cute. Valerie was a great host!
