The house is close to the beach, in a pleasant area, inserted in the small village of Molêdo, and has great accessibility both by car and train. Molêdo beach is a blue flag beach, near the mouth of the Minho River, the village is close to Spain. The city of Porto is approximately a 50-minute drive away.

This house is the dream of those who love the sea. Located on a second floor in the first line of houses facing the beach of Moledo, it has from its large windows an absolutely breathtaking view. The dominant impression is that you are living on the beach, with the waves lapping at your feet!
