From the house, it is a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Just past the house, the Alsstien also passes, which is a marked hiking route along the coast and through forests on the island of Als.

The house is located in quiet, scenic surroundings with large, secluded garden and table-bench set. 2 rooms with room for 4 people as well as large kitchen-dining room with dishwasher and everything in equipment. Close to Ribe and the Wadden Sea (12 km), Legoland (40 km) and Glad Zoo (7 km). Good hiking routes: Kongeå Trail and Grænsestien. Bed linen and towels are included - to be left in the laundry basket on departure.

Fra haven kan du nyde udsigten til slotssøen. Hytten er 56 m2 og indeholder entre, moderniseret køkken, badeværelse, stue med original fransk jernseng. Desuden et separat sovekammer ved dobbeltseng. Der er varmepumpe og plads til en babyseng i det ene soverum. Medbring håndklæder og sengetøj.

Log house! A real cottage/vacation home, where it exudes grandmotherly coziness! No TV or internet, but lots of books and games (there is a good 4G connection). It is cozy when the wood stove is lit, the house can also be heated with the heat pump, heating can be started before arrival. 200 meters down to Fønsvig, where there is a beach, as well as a small bathing jetty, where you can just grab a morning dip. If you like fishing, you can go out and catch sea trout, as well as other fish species.

The cottage is spacious at 83m2 with three bedrooms, a bathroom with sauna, a kitchen/living room, where the kitchen is fully equipped. There is plenty of room to spread out on the terrace as well as to be able to romp in the large garden. The house is quite close to the popular gendarmsti and is only a 10-minute drive to Sønderborg + 25-minute drive to Flensborg if you want to go to town to shop.

Cottage at Binderup Strand

Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in a small cozy cottage near the forest and beach. There are great opportunities to swim at the beach or take a walk in the nearby forest. You can also go to the scenic and historic Skamlingsbanken to enjoy the view or visit the small fine experience center, which describes the historical events in the area. The house is functional and cozy with a centrally located wood stove inside and a nice private garden outside. The living room overlooks the ocean.

The house which was originally built for the Danish cartoonist Bo Bojesen is newly refurbished in 2020 with a lager terrace from where you can enjoy the oceanview while cocking or baking a pizza in the wood-fired pizza oven. The house is furnished with classic danish furniture and is child-friendly. There is a playhouse, a slide, and toys. The sandy beach is only 200m down the hill and the paved road and 100m behind the house you will find a natural forest with hilly trails.
