Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Authentic romantic half-timbering from around the 1640s, with low ceilings. The house is located on Løjt land, with quiet and green surroundings. Close to the beach, 2.5 km to Loddenhøj (9 min by bike, 35 min on foot). Shopping 3.5 km (Brugsen and Netto). Løjt Kirkeby 3.5 km. Hiking trails right outside the door. Opposite the house, there is a picnic house, with the possibility of lighting a fire or a grill (No open fire may be lit at the house, due to the thatched roof).

Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg and fantastic nature as a neighbor, close to Flensborg and Sønderborg and walking distance to the restaurants Pearl, Sivgaarden and Providence. Doors are decorated with landscape motifs by the artist Wilhelm Dreesen.

Klein, aber fein und ganz schön cosy präsentiert sich unser „Nordic Nest“, das ideal für eine kleine Auszeit zu zweit ist. Das „Nordic Nest“ befindet sich in einem kleinen Stadthäuschen von 1800, mitten im historischen Zentrum von Aabenraa. Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind unmittelbar um die Ecke, zum Strand sind es 4 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Arena Aabenraa mit Schwimmbad, Bowlingbahn und zahlreichen anderen Sportmöglichkeiten ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

Easy to find. Close to highway and yet in very quiet natural surroundings with no neighbors close by. With Wifi and Netflix. Note: To save you money for the stay, we do not charge a cleaning fee. You can choose to clean up after yourselves. Or pay 30 Euro for us to do the cleaning for you. The villa is bright and inviting, and the quiet location close to both the beach and the center provides easy access to everything you need – restaurants, shops and activities. The perfect opportunity for a relaxing holiday with everything close by.

The house is from the 50s, and it was continuously renovated. There is an outdoor terrace, a balcony with the view of the whole city, a large garden, 2 bedrooms and a large living room. The living room is on the 1st floor of a bay window that is 3 meters up to the lift and a huge window section. The whole family can enjoy the city view sitting at the table. Shopping, forest, beach are close by, and it's about 2 km to the horse school and the city center.

Enjoy the tranquility

There is room for families with and without children. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. A climbing tower and a football goal are available. The garden is over 1000 square meters. There is space to grill, play or let your mind wander. The garden is completely fenced. Of course, there is also a baby bed in the house. The beach is 15 minutes away by car.
