Dies ist mein kleinstes, aber sehr beliebtes+ gemütliches Apartment .Es hat ein Doppelbett und 1 ausziehbares Schlafsofa( 120x200 cm).Aufgrund der Grösse des Apartments muss ich aber hinzufügen, dass es ausgeklappt imWohnbereich auf d Weg zum Bad eng wird und dies zwar eine sehr gemütliche Schlafgelegenheit ist, aber die Bewegung im Apartment einschränkt.Wer damit keine Probleme hat darf es gerne für 3 Personen buchen, andernfalls empfehle ich auf eines meiner anderen Apartments auszuweichen.

From the train station (about 15 min) by city bus (line 4 + 10, to Offenbergstraße stop). Non-smoking household. NO pets.

Entspanne in dieser stylischen 2 Zimmer Wohnung, welche von Parkanlagen umgeben ist. Zu Fuß ist man ist man in 8 Minuten am Aasee & in 20 Minuten am Dom. Eine Bushaltestelle (7,15,16) liegt vor der Haustür & für diejenigen die mit dem eigenen PKW anreisen, gibt es ein TG-Stellplatz gegen Aufpreis. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett & im Wohnzimmer eine ausziehbare Couch. Die Küche ist mit allem bestückt was man braucht. Vom überdachten Westbalkon genießt man den Sonnenuntergang.

From January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.

We rent our attic apartment in the quiet district of Sentrup. Lake Aasee is within walking distance. Despite the urban location, it is very green. Instead of street noise, you hear birdsong. There is a small kitchen with kitchenette, a bathroom, as well as a sleeping/living area. You'll have these three rooms all to yourselves. Downtown is a few minutes away by bike or bus.
