My rooms are in a lovely leafy tree-lined neighborhood that is quiet, cozy, bright with a lovely outdoor area. It is suitable for business travellers, couples, solo adventurers. It is close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a 10 to 15 minute walk to buses and ferries that go to the CBD, Gladesville, Top Ryde, Chatswood, Macquarie Park, Macquarie Centre and Parramatta. It includes a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, hair dryer, induction table top stove, iron and ironing board.
“Everything went perfectly. Frans home is exactly as described and more. The location is perfect, it’s quiet and very easy to get around- plus lots of parking. Check in was easy, I found the rooms beautifully presented and everything needed was there. It was immaculately clean and everything felt well organised for my convenience. The shops are a short walk and has everything you need. The Indian restaurant is very good. Fran is lovely. Very kind and welcoming. Her pool looked lovely and her garden stunning. I really enjoyed my 4 nights there.”
Wake up feeling rejuvenated in this stylish, private bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a shared house. Enjoy a meal on the outdoor deck, watch the sunset from the sunroom, and unwind after a day of sightseeing in this tranquil, sunny designer home.
“The room was very clean and tidy, which met all the needs of a patient with cleanliness, and our big brother who picked up said that this block is a neighbourhood for petty people in Sydney. It is very suitable for living, and the location is very good. Must stay here next time!”
A boutique sanctuary with private access, just minutes by ferry to city or Cockatoo Island, this quiet garden hideaway in a renowned Sydney heritage suburb is also just a short stroll to a range of excellent restaurants and cosy cafes. Parking at door.
“Spacious room set in a beautiful, leafy garden. Comfortable bed, and great shower. Privacy. Street parking in a quiet laneway. Access easy. Loved the continental breakfast in the garden: very fresh. Peta is a most gracious host, and sets very reasonable conditions for her guests. As well, it's nice to take a pleasant walk around this charming region of Sydney, or down a steep incline to the Lane Cove foreshore. Just watch those Jumbos overhead, though; if you're a light sleeper bring ear-plugs (curfew's after 11pm to 6am).”
