Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Cosy & comfortable houseboat apartment for a couple or 2 friends. Offering private entrance, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

The well-equipped kitchen and living room, and separate spacious bedroom and bathroom are full of comforts. Private entrance (from the outside of the house). The Jacuzzi can only be used by you. Discover adventurous outdoor living in this oasis of tranquillity by the water! Only accessible by boat and boat is included (see photo), We always check you in personally and sail our own boat with you from the car park to the cottage in 5 minutes. Where we then explain a few things about the cottage and its surroundings. We are also at your disposal with a fast boat in case of emergencies. We ask an extra deposit for the boat of € 500,- because Airbnb does not insure it.

Cozy up with family or friends out and about... this is possible in this spacious vacation home. On the BG are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom in a separate wing. (On the 1st floor are the other 3 rooms with 2nd bathroom and separate toilet.) The kitchen has all comforts such as; combi microwave, dishwasher and bean coffee maker. You never have to get bored because there is a beautiful Jacuzzi in the garden. There is also a Barrel Sauna with an electric stove (5 euros/hour).

Waterfront vacation home – Zeewolde – 6 people

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room overlooking the garden. From the sitting area, you can enjoy the green view. An impression of the house via the video on YouTube. Search for "Lovely house on the water." If you like fishing, you can try to catch a fish from the garden. Children can play in the sandbox, on the mini slide or the tumble bar. The garden can be closed by a fence and there is a barrier by the water, so that the children can play safely.

Deck and wheelhouse in Hoorn (parking available)

The deck-house and wheelhouse in the back of a former sailing cargo-ship van 1888 is transformed into a small apartment . The rest of the boat is a shop with sailing / marine equipment and a bunker station. The entrance is due to the age of the ship a small steep stair, keep that in mind. The surrounding is a lively harbor with sail-ships and cruise-ships. There is a parking available for €5 - a night very closeby. So enjoy the sound and movements of the water!

"The Barn" on the Paltzerhoeve in Soestduinen.

Hidden in the woods of Soestduinen, on the Landgoed de Paltz, lies the Barn. This originally old barn is now a charming holiday home and is fully equipped. Here you can enjoy the wooded environment and the idyllic, quiet atmosphere on the Estate. The presence of the horses on the grounds contributes to the rural atmosphere. The Barn can be booked from 2 nights. For business bookings, customized stay times or day bookings are possible throughout the week.
