The apartment was super clean and tidy. Enrique is very detailed and had everything, very careful and attentive. I would definitely repeat.

Our stay at Olesya's place was great. Her husband met us and gave us very clear instructions. Olesya kindly allowed us to check in early. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There is some noise from a nearby restaurant/bar in the daytime and evening but had no noise disturbing us at night. We were happy to have a decent grocery store very close by and a larger one 15 minute walk away. This area is well serviced by public buses which we used frequently. The kitchen was well equiped and the apartment was well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, laundry soap, a few food items, a beach umbrella, etc. The pool is not heated so it was very cold when we were there. The beach was close by and we really enjoyed the area with lots of lovely walks. We had a great view of La Gomera from the balcony and enjoyed some nice sunsets. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We loved our 9-day stay here! We knew the area already from a trip last year where we stayed somewhere else. It was a great place for us, had everything we needed, and was excellently located for the beaches, restaurants and the bus stop from the airport is very close by. There’s a handy 24 hour market almost on the doorstep and a large Mercadona a few minutes away. The view from the large terrace was outstanding, big the sea, La Gomera and Teide. We really enjoyed our time, very relaxing! Communication was great before we arrived, we had no questions during our stay, everything went so smoothly. Thanks!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location, right in front of the sea. Everything was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and kind. I’d definitely stay here again!

We would happily stay here again, it was ideal - clean, spacious and well located. The outside terraces are great, with a nice big sunshade, and the pool is large and was quiet when we visited. Lovely restaurants nearby and a range of beaches within walking distance. The communication was excellent, easy check in and out.

Great clean and quiet appartement, with nice terrace, view over pool to the sea. Excellent equipped, bathroom essentials, towels, kitchen essentials and herbs, everything to feel at home. Highly recommendable price quality, very clean, attenfull emailing, good instructions, guide on time to explain everything, flexible checkout. If you want a relaxing & cosy stay in palm mar (car hire recommended, but this we knew) , it can be your best port to come home after an adventourous day discovering Tenerife. Don’t hesitate, we felt home & that has to be seen as a compliment for Gierde, the host.

Had the most amazing week at Susana’s apartment! The place itself was very clean and well equipped and had everything you need. The heated private pool was great and we used it every day with the option of having a larger community pool also. The apartment is in a lovely area with some great restaurants, it was very peaceful and very secure in a gated community which felt very safe. Also has a secure car park. The host was very helpful and responsive and recommended we hire a car from Cicar which we did and we were able to explore the whole island and go to Loro parque and Siam Park. Would recommend getting a car to explore different areas but local restaurants and local beach are about a 15 minute walk away also. Overall a fantastic apartment and area and we would love to come back!

Ideal home for a perfect vacation. The residence is easy to access, quiet and secure. We traveled the island from North to South and the location is perfect. Nothing is missing in the accommodation, you feel "at home". In addition to the beauty of the place and the quality of the services, this accommodation caught our attention as it seemed very convenient with children. Well we were not disappointed, the children loved the room, the games available, and especially the cutlery 😉😅 All this made our stay relaxing and mindless. I absolutely recommend it and if we come back one day we will not look elsewhere! And thank you Lucia, very friendly host and good advice, for allowing us to arrive very early in the morning.

The apartment is in a nice block of flats next door to the Panaramic Gardens Hotel. It was quiet and peaceful, good surroundings. The hotel was relatively quiet whilst we were there although it was busier towards the end of our stay and we could hear the noise from the hotel balconies late at night. The flat was very well equipped, with all you could wish for. It was clean, with plenty of towels, and was a great apartment for a small family. Gunay was very communicative throughout and was really helpful especially when we mistakenly locked ourselves out of the flat! He couldn't have been a better host throughout - thank you Gunay! Overall I recommend this apartment as a good place to stay in Northern Tenerife.

A cozy apartment with stunning views of the coast and the ocean. The apartment is well equipped, including many amenities for children. Very quiet neighborhood. There is a public pool filled with ocean water in front of the block. The host is very communicative and helpful.

We had an amazing stay, the apartment and complex were fantastic. Very close to restaurants, bars and the beach as well as having lovely pool areas within the complex itself. Would recommend this to anyone and we will definitely be back!

Simona's apartment is in a great location in Costa adeje and walkable to lots of nearby bars and restaurants as well as the beach. The apartment was spotless, spacious, comfortable and with all the facilities needed to enjoy a self-catering stay. Simona is a great host, friendly, and always on hand with all the information needed for your stay. We would recommend staying here and just wish we could have stayed longer. Costa adeje is a great location and Simona's apartment is perfect to enjoy it.

Very nice and functional apartment. We set up an office and workplaces so we could work for the 2 weeks we were in Maria's apartment. There were really good tables and chairs, and the layout of the apartment was perfect for this purpose. The apartment is modernized and has a newer bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen/living room and a very nice balcony. There are a few minor downsides to the apartment, such as a very small fridge as well as a very soft bed. I wrote this to Maria, and she has said it will be fixed. One last thing to consider is that the apartment is in the part of the building that is near the road, so there may be some noise. But no big problem. We slept well at night anyway.

first of all the host is very friendly, which is very important for us considering other experiences. the apartment was very clean and the host took care of details as home perfumes, extra bed linen, everything you need as your home. the terrace it s also nice relaxing. the neighbourhood is like a fairy tale and super quiet. nice beach restaurant&bar just 5 minutes walking from the location. and 2 minutes away, supermarket. we had a very nice stay, happy that we chose Marina’s apartment. thank you

Amazing Apartment, very cozy, the beds were comfortable, the view from the balcony was really beautiful! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, the bathroom too. If you arrive by car, it's good to know that the garage is quite narrow, but with a little bit of patience it's feasible. Mouna is a really friendly host, helpful and responds very quickly. All in all I really recommend this flat and would come over again anytime!

Nice spacious house, with all the comforts. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Spacious and sparkling clean pool which we had all to ourselves. Nearby is a beautiful park and viewpoint. Supermarket nearby. Good base for a visit to the north and middle of Tenerife.

A beautiful villa with a breathtaking view! A small upgrade would not be too much for a villa that slightly acknowledges the weight of the years. Other than that, we had a lovely week. Daniel is a responsive host.

Oscar was great, very responsive on the messages, gave us perfect instructions on how to access the property, the welcome pack was very well received, the house was spotless inside and out, great location and massive amount of space, very private and was left alone for the duration of our stay but plenty of messages with things to do and see, the view from the pool area was fantastic, the local area had many many restaurants to choose from and we never had a bad meal, overall a great place to stay and if we was ever back in northern Tenerife we would not hesitate to stay there again thanks Oscar

Really enjoyed our fortnight stay. As a family of six we had plenty of room, more than enough showers and toilets. The villa was very clean on arrival and a cleaner also came in half way through our stay. The villa is close enough to the local bars and restaurants without being affected by noise from these places. The road however could be noisy from time to time, but it was never an issue. It’s a long walk - maybe 2km to the main town and quite a climb on the way back - taxis are available though. Ana was great, perfect level of communication and when we did have an issue (a door that needed attention) Ana arranged for a tradesman to visit and carry out a repair the following day. Was great to have all the modern facilities, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The villa offers a great deal, is in a really good location and has a view of Mount Teide. Parking is plentiful on the immediate roads but spaces get taken up quite quickly. Ana provided some really good local recommendations too.

Very nice, sparkling clean apartment. Very nice friendly and helpful owner. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The apartment has everything you need. There are buses nearby. It is possible to get to the north and the south and also to the nearby villages. I can recommend it.

El Sauzal has one of the best microclimates on Tenerife with mild weather and gentle breezes. Fabulous views from this property with picture book sunsets. A very peaceful location. The houses and property are spacious and very well kept. We used all of it - pool, tennis court, the jacuzzi and the massage table! We cooked a lot- there are two kitchens- indoor and outdoor. We are quite familiar with Tenerife and there are many good restaurants within a 20 minute drive - Tito’s Bodeguita, La Calderito de La Abuela, La Tasca de Mim, I could go on. We are going to return

Beautiful villa, great location with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Everything exactly as described. Bella was an excellent host, great communication and very responsive to any questions. We had a fantastic stay!
