L' appartamento è ubicato a pochi passi dal mare con accesso diretto tramite strada ciclo-pedonale, completamente immerso nella pineta. La zona è servita da ristoranti e supermercati e da strutture con spiagge attrezzate. L' ampio terrazzo si affaccia indisturbato sulla pineta garantendo la massima discrezione. La cucina è completa di stoviglie e utensili, frigorifero con congelatore e lavastoviglie inoltre è anche a disposizione una lavatrice all'interno dell'appartamento.
