Although it's just a few meters from the city street, it's accessible by car from under the front door and easy to find parking, both for a fee and free of charge. The accommodation is on a single level, on the 4th floor of a building without elevator, renovated and consolidated in 2015. It enjoys a magnificent view of the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.
