Modern and spacious apartment of 68 square meters. 4 beds, a double bed 180 cm and a bunk bed 90 cm divided into two separate bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, large balcony with garden furniture. Built in 2019. The apartment is located on top of a double garage. Stairs up to the home. Walking distance to public transport to Norrköping as well as grocery store and restaurants in central Åby.

Cabin with luxury, birdsong and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Nybyggt, modernt gästhus i ett mysigt grannskap med moderna och fina materialval. Huset ligger i ett lugnt läge i övre delen utav natursköna Svärtinge. Här bor du granne med skogen, flertal fiske och badsjöar samt en kort bilresa till centrala Norrköping, Finspång samt E4an. Fullt utrustad bostad med hall, badrum, kök, allrum samt sovrum. Välkomna ! Observera att under våren 2026 kommer vi göra markförbättringar på våran tomt men inget som hindrar tillgänglighet till bostaden.

Välkommen till ett eget litet paradis i naturen. Ett charmigt attefallshus med öppen planlösning, mysigt sovloft och en fantastisk skogsmiljö. Här får du lugn och ro, bara ett stenkast från badsjöar men också närheten till Norrköping city och Kolmårdens djurpark. Boendet rymmer 4 personer (dubbelsäng på loftet och en bäddsoffa). Villa Kruthuset is a newly built holiday home (2023) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings & gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre Nature Reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for recovery. Enjoy a sauna, kayak ride or cook together. There is plenty of space for social gatherings and lovely dinners as well as the opportunity to close the door (7 bedrooms - 8 beds including bed linen and towels). Warm welcome!

Modern guest house

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Stay on a farm near the forest and lake.

You live in a cottage on the farm with a glass veranda and your own patio. If you want to cool off on a hot summer day, you can go down to the swimming area that belongs to the accommodation. The farm is surrounded by beautiful and species-rich meadows, forests with mushrooms, berries and wild animals. There are plenty of play areas for the children. On the farm there are Icelandic horses and sheep that roam freely in the pastures. Also two cats live here and sometimes a dog.
