A spectacular modern small studio house on a sunny viewpoint overlooking the lake Drevviken, situated 25 meter from the shore in a scenic residential area 14 km south of Stockholm. A perfect getaway. The house offers all you need for a pleasant stay. Just beneath the house you have a private rowing boat and two bicycles to rent for a small fee. By car it takes about 25 min and by bus 40 min from a nearby bus stop to Stockholm city. Floor heating and aircondition offers you a comfy climate.
“This accommodation is a real gem and the host couple show their guests great care. Nice and cozy located on the hill with magical views of Drevviken and sun from morning to evening. The interior is fresh, charming and space efficient. All amenities are maxed out and the details are carefully thought out. Really that little extra! The surroundings are very beautiful and give a nice calm. We rented the bikes one day and took a bike ride of 2-3 miles, which was great. My partner and I are more than happy to return here.”
