Ideal for exploring the city of Paris, but also our very Parisian and very friendly neighborhood. Lots of small shops and transport. Apparently about 25 m² in size. Very bright, located in the beautiful Rue Crémieux known for its lovely pastel-colored houses. The apartment is composed of 2 rooms and has 3 large windows. It can accommodate up to 4 people. However, there is no door between the living room and the bedroom. It is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. On the ground floor is an orthoptics office that is open during the day.
