Πολύ καλοί οικοδεσπότες η κυρία Αναστασία γλυκύτατη πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και επικοινωνιακή ένα πολύ ωραίο σπίτι πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή πεντακάθαρος χορός υπήρχαν τα πάντα στο σπίτι ώστε να εξυπηρετηθούμε ο κήπος και η πισίνα Μαγικά Εμείς και τα σκυλάκια μας περάσαμε πάρα πολύ όμορφα ευχαριστηθήκαμε το χώρο και την ησυχία και να πω ότι η κυρία Αναστασία Μας είπε να μείνουμε δύο μέρες παραπάνω λόγω τέλος σεζόν χωρίς να επιβαρυνθούμε κάτι ευχαριστούμε πολύ σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε και η τιμή πάρα πολύ καλή

TOP Gastgeber, eine klare Empfehlung, Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist blitzsauber und die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastisch, sehr ruhig in der Nacht und doch sind nur wenige Straßen weiter viele Restaurants, mit gigantischem Ausblick. Unbedingt L´atelier Bistro Bar besuchen, es gehört dem Besitzer und bietet einen unglaublichen Sonnenuntergang. Als Ausflugsziel: Fahrt mit der Eisenbahn in die Schlucht von Diakofto aus. Und eine Fahrt in das Hinterland, Passo Peristeras, ein Traumblick auf die verschneiten Berge/ Aroania.

Great place. The place is clean and spacious. Close to everything beaches are about 10-15min away. And some of the most beautiful beaches to. Also 20min to a major port. Where you can take a ferry to any other islands. So would definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed staying at this marvellous cottage. it is very quiet, with great mountain view and right by a small river. It is near Kalavrita and there is a great tavern in walking distance. We enjoyed sitting by the stone fireplace and the host provided plenty of wood. it was a comfortable stay. If I had one suggestion to make would be that some kitchenware could be replaced.

Panos and his wife Eugenia were wonderful hosts. They made our stay at their house easy and welcoming. Panos was the main point of communication, providing recommendations for villages to visit near us, groceries stories, and restaurants. Olympia is 30 mins away from the house and an easy drive. The house is extremely clean and practical. The kitchen has everything and is spacious. The beach is a 3-min walk and safe for children. My two-year old could walk a good 20 meters into the sea before the water reaches his shoulders. The beach is extremely calm; only greek folks. The closest person was probably 200 meters from us in the middle of July. It was perfect for a relaxing and calm vacation: They have an outdoor shower and the pool was a thoughtful addition for the children. The internet is also solid. It is important to note that in order to cook and drink, visitors must buy bottled water, very common everywhere in Greece. We loved our stay and highly recommend them!

Η διαμονή στο κτήμα Oliva ήταν εξαιρετική. Ο οικοδεσπότης, κ. Κώστας, ήταν σαφής, ακριβής, επεξηγηματικός, ευγενικός και πάντοτε διαθέσιμος. Το κτήμα Oliva είναι ακόμη καλύτερο και από τις φωτογραφίες. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος είναι εξαιρετικά προσεγμένος και μπορεί να ικανοποιήσει παρέες και ζευγάρια. Μπορείς να απολαύσεις την ησυχία μέσα σε ένα καταπράσινο τοπίο. Η πόλη είναι σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο. Το σκυλί μας απόλαυσε την ανοιχτωσιά και την ασφάλεια του κτήματος. Μείναμε στο δίχωρο διαμέρισμα Oliva 2. Το διαμέρισμα είναι καλά εξοπλισμένο για να φιλοξενήσει είτε 2 ζευγάρια είτε ένα ζευγάρι με δύο παιδιά. Είχαμε μια πολύ ευχάριστη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση! Παρότι η περιοχή φάνηκε αρκετά περίεργη και από τον από κάτω δρόμο υπήρχαν συνεχώς μάτια στο παράθυρο, το σπίτι ανταποκρίθηκε πλήρως στις προσδοκίες μας.

Wir haben zu viert einen Stoppover für eine Nacht hier eingelegt und die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber, flexibler Zugang mittels Code, einfach zu finden. Die Terrasse ist toll. Lediglich die Küche ist bzgl Kochen etwas spartanisch ausgestattet: eine Pfanne und eine große Schüssel, zb für Salat, wären noch hilfreich gewesen. Aber alles in allem 5 Sterne und sehr zu empfehlen!!

Εξαιρετικό σπίτι. Άνετο. Με ωραία θέα.. Ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης. Πολύ ωραίο τζάκι κ ζεστός χώρος. Το μόνο πρόβλημα είναι το οδικό δίκτυο που είναι λίγο δύσκολο ειδικά το βράδυ. Ιδανικός προορισμός για να ξεκουραστείς κ να ηρεμήσεις

Ich habe für etwas mehr als 4 Monate in dem Apartment gelebt. Παρασκευή ist eine sehr nette und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Sie antwortet schnell und konnte bei Problemen immer helfen. Ich habe mich in der Wohnung wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit einer guten Küche einem Esstisch einem Arbeitsbereich und einem großen Bett. Die Anbindung der Wohnung ist gut. Der Bus 202 fährt direkt von der Haustür aus Richtung Stadt auch wenn es schneller geht zu laufen, da der Bus ca 20 min in die Stadt fährt und man zu Fuß ca 15-20 Minuten braucht. Der Weg zur Uni ist etwas langwieriger. Das liegt aber vor allem daran dass die Uni außerhalb der Stadt in Rio ist. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Apartments ist sehr gut. Man hat alles was man braucht und ist nicht weit weg von dem Zentrum der Stadt und zum Beispiel dem Südpark. Gesamt gesehen war der Aufenthalt bei Παρασκενη ein sehr schöner und ich kann das Apartment mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Ο Κωνσταντίνος ήταν εξαιρετικος! Πολύ φιλόξενος και πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει!
