Quiet apartment in old town house at the Dreiflußeck

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

The cozy 2-room apartment is located in the Kohlbruck district. Within walking distance are various shopping facilities (Aldi, Kaufland, etc.), banks, gas station, restaurants, exhibition grounds, adventure pool, police, playground, etc. If you are not afraid of a longer walk, you can reach the center in a good 30 minutes. Our 1-room apartment (approx. 40 m²) is located on the ground floor of a listed house in the historic old town of Passau. The window side opens to a small, sunny garden – a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. Right outside the door begins the charming alley around Künstlergasse and Residenzplatz with many cafes and restaurants. The imposing cathedral and town hall are just a cozy five-minute walk away – ideal for culture lovers and city explorers.

Welcome to Ilzstadt. Our apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house. Passau's old town and various restaurants are within minutes walking distance. The Danube bike path passes directly past our accommodation. We also have a safe place for bikes. The apartment is located exactly in the middle of the two docks of Passau for boat travelers. Parking is about 400 meters from us, in the nearby parking garage. Daily price 5€.

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.

In the entrance area of this central apartment is a small equipped kitchenette. Tea and coffee will be made available. The bathroom with toilet and bathtub includes everything you need, such as towels, soap and toiletries. The bedroom/living room is equipped with a 1.60 m bed and fresh cotton bed linen.
