NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Easily accessible from the airport (35 min S-Bahn line 8) Close to downtown/opera, etc. (5 minutes by U-Bahn [subway] + S-Bahn [suburban train]/10 minutes on foot) Close to the fairgrounds (10 minutes by U-Bahn) On the way to the mountains - e.g. Chiemgau/Chiemsee (35 minutes by train) or Salzburg (1 hour by train) - our spacious apartment is centrally located opposite the Ostbahnhof in a very quiet courtyard, close to Munich city center, in a pleasant neighborhood. Close to stores, cafes, restaurants and beer gardens.

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes.
