If you want to go back to basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then relax and enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Tante Dora

In the rural area of Barneveld/Lunteren, you will find our guest house Tante Dora. Suitable for 4 people (+ sleeping accommodation for 5th and 6th guest in the living room). In the garden, there are tall fruit trees that are beautifully in bloom in April. On the second floor, you have a wide view of the Gelderse Vallei and the edge of Barneveld. In the immediate vicinity, there are clog paths for a walk and a bicycle junction for a nice bike ride. And of course, the musical 40-45 is close by!

The Green Emelaar

The Groene Emelaar lives up to its name with its unique and quiet location, among the trees, surrounded by meadows, the Barneveldse beek (500 m), on the Marskramerspad and many other hiking trails. A brand new sustainable house built of wood, with all modern amenities. A private entrance, 2 double bedrooms, a nice bathroom, a living room with kitchen, sitting area and TV. Close to the major cities: Amersfoort (6 km), Utrecht (30 km) and Amsterdam (56 km). Electric charging point at the house.

Modern cottage with fireplace, terrace and workplace

In a beautiful green location, detached modern cottage, 15 min walk from city center/station. You have access to a bedroom/living room with a double bed (1.70) on the loft. In the sitting area, there is a work/dining table for 2 people, cozy fireplace and a sofa bed for guests who prefer to sleep on the ground floor (1.80). Private spacious bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet. Fridge and stove (2 burners) available. The cottage is located on private property with ample parking.

INTRO: Since 2022 we offer our newly designed studio with private entrance. This is located in a quiet residential area at a 5-minute walk from the center of Amersfoort . Studio 11: Is 35m2 and has a living room with skylight, bedroom and bathroom. The Studio is equipped with a Green Sedum roof & uses Solar Energy! Facilities such as Nespresso machine, kettle, refrigerator, TV, are also available. Check in from 3:00 PM /Check out 11:00 AM paid parking 3 euro per uur. No pets.

Small cozy log cabin in centre of Voorthuizen.

You are most welcome in our small (15m²) and cozy log cabin in the backyard. Although small, this cabin is equipped with everything you need. There is a bathroom, kitchenette with combination microwave to prepare your own meals. Tea and Nespresso coffee are available. Because of the size and all the wood, the cabin isn't suitable for pets! Last but not least: You sleep in a wooden box bed. The accommodation is situated in a walking distance of 5-10 min to the supermarkets.

'New York Style Apartment' in hartje Achterveld, provincie Utrecht op de rand van de Gelderse Vallei. Heerlijk vakantievieren in een spiksplinternieuw complex met 5 luxe appartementen, van alle moderne gemakken voorzien, zoals airco. Gratis parkeren voor de deur en een schuur beschikbaar voor de fietsen. De Utrechtse Heuvelrug en de Veluwe zijn beiden op fietsafstand bereikbaar. Achterveld zelf biedt goede horeca, een supermarkt, en een aantal interessante winkels.

You have a private entrance with in the studio a bathroom, kitchen, bed, dining table, closet and TV.

A unique combination of nature and culture! A brand new 'tiny house' is located in the black outbuilding of this luxurious villa. A handy layout and custom-made cabinet wall make for a super-complete guest room. In addition to a dining and seating area, kitchen, box spring and bathroom in the stylish accommodation, there is a toilet available in the vestibule. The independently accessible room has a large window with a natural view and blackout curtains.

On the edge of the historic city center of Amersfoort is our spacious, more than 100-year-old mansion. The top floor has been completely renovated and equipped with every comfort to be rented as an apartment. Via a common staircase you reach the apartment, which can be described as cozy, using beautiful materials, attention to detail and especially comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay for a short or longer period.
