We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is a lovely first-floor flat located in a central neighborhood, close to the train station that connects directly to the city center. Despite its central location, it is very quiet at night with no noise. It has a washing machine and a drying rack, as well as a good internet connection. The place was very clean. I would happily recommend it to anyone planning to visit Istanbul.

Mr. Burak greeted me at the door and always answered all my questions beforehand. The house was just like in the photos. It was cleaned and had clean supplies for daily needs. In terms of location, you can easily get to Marmara and so on. Everything you can meet your needs is located in the vicinity. Mr. Burak also helps with check-in and checkout. It can be easily preferred.

Canberk is an amazing host who goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. The apartment is compact, modern and efficient. It is in the heart of the bustling hub of Moda. Can get loud late on Friday and Saturday nights but quiets down on the weeknights. Great place to be if you want to be within a stones throw of amazing bakeries, restaurants, boutiques and bars and just a few minutes walk from the waterfront ferries and other public transport. Where does one even begin when everything was just perfect? Oya and Ned are the frendliest and most caring Airbnb hosts I have ever had the pleasure to meet. They welcomed us very warmly, gave us a tour of the flat and explained how everything works and to reach out to them if we had any requests. Ned was very reactive every time we messaged him to ask for recommendations and on the last day Oya made sure a taxi would be waiting for us just outside the house to take us to the airport. What else can I say? Just the perfect stay :)

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

the view from the living room is fantastic, and the three bedrooms are also very large and nice. The kitchen has everything, the two bathrooms also fit wonderfully. the location is great, quiet, and a supermarket and the gastronomy are within walking distance. in total a great apartment!

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

Beautifu homel just off a vibrant street in a charming district. Convenient to great restaurants, cafes and shops and public transport options to the key attractions. The house is cosy and welcoming with convenient immaculate bathrooms on each floor. The heated floors and large bath are just fabulous!

We truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful family home! The location is great, and all the amenities are just as described and fully functional. Giorgio and his partners were incredibly responsive, making our trip even better. Overall, our experience was exceptional, thanks to their outstanding customer service and the lovely home. The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!

Ugur is an incredible host. We were traveling to Istanbul for our wedding and Ugur helped find a laundry service to help iron a wedding dress and tuxedo! His office is located around the corner and was quick to reply to any questions or concerns. We saw a few reviews about noise but we felt the apartment was very quiet and had no issues.
