Vacation rentals with a patio in Adams County

We enjoyed our quick visit to Chillicothe. "The Cycologist" was a comfortable and charming townhouse with a definite historic vibe. It was great being right in town and within walking distance of shops and eateries. Would definitely stay again if we make it back to this area.

I stayed at Tony’s place while in town for work. It has a comfortable bed and is in a quiet alley with one apartment next door. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook my own meals. I feel like it was a good price and would definitely stay again.

We have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's and Alicia's was probably the cleanest we have had. The house is very cute with lots of historic detail. The town is quaint, and we enjoyed being close to the river. It was nice to walk the area and see the town charm. Alicia was very helpful and informative as we had bad weather rolling in while we were there. She sent emergency information in case it was needed while we were there. Our girls enjoyed the cute bunk bed nook and the "cuteness" to the space. We will definitely stay again if in the area!!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at The Nest. By far, the best air bnb that I've stayed in.

The place was nice and clean very spacious. Roxie was very punctual in replying back when I had a question. I highly recommend if you're ever in Vanceburg, Kentucky to check out the Carter House!

Another wonderful Airbnb in downtown Chillicothe! We usually stay at The Principal, a similar unit, but when this new listing became available, we were excited to try it—especially because it has a rooftop deck, which did not disappoint! The location is perfect for exploring the town, even on foot. The design, decor, and functionality are amazing—hands down one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop deck is definitely a great bonus! We already booked a second stay in it and can’t wait to come back.

I had a long stay here and it was perfect! The place is new and was very clean. kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Fawn was a great host and was always quick to help with any questions I had. Enjoyed my stay so much!

Went for a weekend getaway and ended up wanted to say longer. Beautiful and private place you won’t regret staying! Perfect place to take the family and get away!

The place is adorable, and in walking distance of the local library and a couple restaurants. The place feels bigger than the pictures make it seem. There is train tracks just a few streets away, so you do get that noise, but I learned to tune it out pretty quickly. The stairs to the basement / laundry area are steep, but it has a railing. Overall, a great place to stay.

This place was absolutely amazing; I can’t even begin the time my family and I had at this house! I came in town from California to celebrate my mother’s 73rd birthday; this house came with everything we could have asked for to make our stay one for the books! The house came with everything we needed and others that we didn’t know we needed from a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art stove, dishes, utensils, cups, coffee, really good snacks, their was even cold beer and a bottle of wine when I arrived and after a long trip; it was much needed! Let’s talk about the backyard; it came with a beautiful waterfall feature; a beautiful fire-pit that you can sit around and a grill that we used a couple nights during our stay along with a patio table that we ate at. The beds were so comfy and relaxing, they had cute lil shampoos/soaps for your use along with a bath towel warmer in the bathroom and as cold as it was in Ohio, it definitely was needed. 5 star stay and will be back!

Lovely stay in Chillicothe. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, things to do, etc. but house sits back up on a hill, so it is quiet and has a nice yard to play in. House was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you for a great stay.

We loved our stay. The cottage far exceeded the pictures and descriptions. I can't think of anything you may need that wasn't supplied. It was very comfortable and cozy and would love the opportunity to stay again.

Gary’s place was adorable. It was very homey and cozy. I loved the decor and the furniture was comfortable. We easily walked to the beehive and back and felt safe. I do wish there was a full length mirror somewhere in the house for getting ready but that’s really my only complaint. Would definitely stay here again!
