Charming apartment in an old building, within walking distance of the Landesgartenschau 2026 Cozy, newly renovated apartment in an old building on the 2nd floor of our house in the district Schrezheim with a parking space right by the house. The centre of Ellwangen is about 2.5 kilometres away, which can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. A supermarket with a bakery is about 1,200 metres from the accommodation. The Landesgartenschau 2026 can be reached on foot in about 800 metres. In the bedroom, there is a premium box spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm.

Our cottage is located on the outskirts / edge of the forest / cul-de-sac. To the Ellwangen State Garden Show 15 km. The municipality of Abtsgmünd has been a state-recognized recreational area since 2010, which meets the climatic and air hygiene requirements. Lots of hiking bike tours in the area. Our in-law apartment has been renovated 1/25. Abtsgmünd is located on Bundesstraße 19 in the Kochertal between Aalen and Schwäbisch Hall. Close to shopping , Pitches in front of and next to the house.

In our original farmhouse surrounded by nature in the Swabian Forest, you can enjoy peace and quiet. Herb garden, wild herbs, magnificent forests. The vacation home for 7 guests can be rented with the seminar house barn (5 guests). In the barn there are 2 toilets, shower, kitchen and upstairs a shared bedroom. A fireplace provides cozy warmth. A projector and screen are provided. With all accommodation options (including apartment) we can accommodate 14 guests.

The property is located on the first floor of a 4-party house in a very quiet location in Abtsgmünd. The apartment has separate, direct access. On 120 square meters of living space and a large, Mediterranean-style garden with meadow, stream, fireplace, hot tub and large terrace, you can relax with your whole family. Pets are welcome. All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.

This stylish property is perfect for families and couples. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling, climbing on the Rosenstein and for excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Legoland or the Swabian Park are also not far away! (About 1 hour) There are two bedrooms, one box spring bed is 180 x 200 and the other box spring bed is 140 x 200. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, sheets and final cleaning are included!
