"La Casa di Maria Luce" ® Selvolini is located in the medieval village of Lecchi in Chianti (8 km from Gaiole) in the heart of Chianti Classico, equipped with large spaces, can comfortably accommodate 4-5 people. It consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 beautiful bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. 50 meters from the grocery store for first necessities, tobaccos, a bar-room for breakfasts and quick lunches, a great restaurant a short walk from the house. The large equipped terrace offers a beautiful view of the countryside.

The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Villa Sestuccia is a lovely Tuscan villa near the popular towns of Gaiole and Radda in Chianti. In this wonderful villa there are 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms.The exterior of the villa is composed by 4 living areas: the "wisteria living", the "panorama living", the "Mondrian living", the "outdoor patio" and a vegetable garden. There is also a swimming pool, a SPA and an outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Inside the fenced property you can find a chicken coop and a beautiful vineyard. Enjoy!

The independent apartment is 15 km from Siena, 20 km from the Thermal Baths and 40 minutes from the villages of San Gimignano and Monteriggioni. Overall, there is a farm that produces wines and oil with the possibility of guided tours and tasting of our products with themed dinners.

The house is renovated and the ground floor adapted for disabled people or wheelchair users There are three apartments but I never rent them separately. The house rent is for all the property
