Vacation rentals with beach access in Adriatic Sea

Egnisa’s place was amazing with stunning views which made me fall in love with Durres. She is extremely responsive.Apartment is right by the beach, you can enjoy the sun from the balcony overlooking the beach. We took long walks down the beach , get back to the apartment and go downstairs for a meal. It’s conveniently located. There is an entire band of different restaurants by the seaside (downstairs from the apartment). Amazing restaurants with different pricing ranges that will suit everyone’s budget and experienced the friendliest people.There are many grocery shops “markets” where you can buy food to cook, souvenirs, alcohol,etc, Egnisa has an equipped kitchen so we could also make our own meals on some days. I would recommend Egnisa’s place to anyone visiting Durres.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had everything we needed for our short break. Nives was quick to respond, gave us local advice when needed as well as very clear instructions for checking in. The room was clean and well maintained. We made use of the paddle board and the garden and sea access is as great as it looks in the photos. We really enjoyed the local town and found it to be walkable to get from restaurants back to the apartment in the evening.

Gordana's place is lovely, the garden is absolutely beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed the bathroom, which is spacious and modern. We had a lovely stay, the only concern we had was that the beach was not clean at all which was disappointing as the water was very clear. We would have liked to stay more in the nearby area to swim. It could be that it was early season and the beach hadn't been cleaned yet. Nothing was wrong with the actual apartment, I can recommend it if you come with a car so you can get around to eplore other beaches.

Da Piran nicht selbst mit dem Auto befahren werden kann, hat uns Danijela mit unserem Gepäck am Parkhaus abgeholt und uns zur Wohnung gebracht und dabei schon ortskundige Tipps gegeben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top 👍 direkt am Meer und schon zum Frühstück hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick. Alles nötige ist in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hatte für uns drei alles was man benötigt und war sehr sauber. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes hat uns Danijela immer wieder mit wertvollen Tipps geholfen, so dass wir eine wirklich schöne Zeit in piran hatten. Zur Abreise haben wir ein kostenloses Taxi gebucht, das uns und unser Gepäck den steilen Berg zum Parkhaus gebracht hat. Sehr zu empfehlen und auch nochmals ein großes Dankeschön an die wirklich tolle Gastgeberin.

Highly recommend. Spend the long weekend here, and it provided everything the group needed, from the market on the first floor of the building, and varieties of restaurants and bars in the boulevard. Highly recommend! Mrika, thank you and we will see you soon ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our month at the beach. Visiting during the transition of the tourist season to the beginning of the off-season gave us access to the beauty of the beach and surrounding area without the large crowds. We found a nice coffee shop where we could watch the sea each morning and a couple of mom-and-pop restaurants we enjoyed visiting several times each week. Our host, Gjergj, was accommodating and available whenever we had questions. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and made some great suggestions to make our time here even nicer (restaurants, places to visit, etc.). We would stay here again if our travels bring us back this way.

Top Lage, wunderbarer Ausblick vom Balkon, tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, Obst und Gemüseverkäufer jeden Morgen vor dem Haus, Strand in 50m entfernt. Mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Echt klasse, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub :-)

Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Bibinje hat nicht soooo viel zu bieten in der Nebensaison aber wir konnten günstig mit dem Taxi nach Zadar fahren. Der Pool ist wie auf den Bildern und es gibt dort direkt eine Bierzapfmaschine. Unterkunft war wirklich top! 😊

Meri was amazing! She tracked our flight and was there to greet us with a friendly face when we arrived. Meri went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with her accommodations. Meri offered great recommendations and was a genuinely lovely host.

Me and my 70year old mum had a great week at Markos house. The way is directly by the sea and you have to step over some rocks and might get wet if it's too windy.Also there are many stairs if you want to go to the store so you gotta be quite fit. Just be prepared for an adventure. If you're there, its beautiful! If it's not too windy you can easily swim directly in front of the house,the water is clear and you can watch the stars at night and listen to only the waves and nature,really peaceful. I've stayed at many airbnbs before and met many nice hosts but I have to say Marko was just perfect.He picked us up at the airport by car and got us and our luggage to the house by boat.Went grocery shopping for us 2 times.Picked us up at the middle of the beach and got us home when we got lost on our way back on our first evening.Always easy to reach.Always really nice.He really did everything to make it as beautiful as possible for us.Thank you so much, Marko! Lovely apartment! Exactely as you see on the pictures. The view from the terasse is unique! The beach is just a few steps away. Alexsandar is a great host and always responded immediately. We also took the boat out (you need a licence!) which was a wonderful experience.

Great place, down to earth and original!

Sehr nette ,saubere Unterkunft in dem ruhigen Ort Betina, vom Vermieter hat alles bestens funktioniert, Wünsche wurden sofort erledigt. Natürlich gibt es zu dieser Zeit ( November) nicht so viele Anbote von Restaurants, etc, aber in Murter gibt es um diese Zeit auch sehr gute Restaurants, und die sind ja in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Jedenfalls top! Gerhard

Wir haben eine unvergessliche Woche hier verbringen können und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da,was man brauchte. Der Strand und die Privatsphäre waren mega. Angelica war eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin die uns in 2 Notsituatinen sofort zur Seite stand.Wir kommen sicherlich einmal wieder nach Korfu....und dann ins Caramela beach house.

By far, this is my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Comfortable and beautiful home right by the ocean and wonderful restaurants! Efi is so kind and welcoming, we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We had a fabulous time at Josipa’s apartment. It was modern, clean, comfortable and the views were stunning! Josipa was a great host, allowing us to check in a little early, and stay a little longer. This was a great location to relax by the ocean and explore the area. We hope to come back someday.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Eldi was an amazing and caring host! The apartment had all the necessity and above what ones needs and wants from a long or short stay! It was clean, immaculate and with a beautiful sea view and all the restaurants and shops walking distance! I highly recommend it!

Love the location! On city bus route, close to all services, beach nearby, and the view is spectacular. Feride was friendly and helpful. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
