Townhome vacation rentals in Adriatic Sea

Anita's home was better than we expected. The pictures do not do it justice. In the main accomodation there were six adults. It never felt cramped. We had two adults in the adjoining space and they were very comfortable. Both places were spotless. The pool area was great and perfect for having a beer after a day in the hot Croatian sun. The sun room was amazing. Anita greeted us. It was a good thing as it would have been a little difficult to find. If you are flying in to Split, and Anita offers you to get picked up, do it. The price is reasonable and you are so much better off if the driver knows the area. We went to an island tour, went to Split and to Krka National park and visted Old Town. Every meet up place was walking distance from the home. Old town was a 10 minute walk. This place is a gem - book it.

Had a great time staying at Jasenka's place. Location is ideal for visiting most of the places by foot. Jasenka and her daughter were very nice, helpful & kind throughout our whole stay. Would definitely visit again :)

Charming 90s-style house with modern amenities. Cozy rooms, 15-minute walk to the old town. Located on a hill — best to arrive by daylight due to narrow roads. Definitely worth the price. Great stay overall!

Rita's house was even better than we expected. The location was great,in a quiet neighbourhood but plenty of coffee bars and restaurants to choose from. There were 3 vaparetto stops in easy walking distance and to come back to a quieter neighbourhood after the noise of Venice was lovely. The bathrooms were modern and very clean. We stayed for 5 nights. TOP TIP:If you're coming from the airport the Alilaguna water boats stop at 'Guglie' which is only a few minutes walk from the house. We got a cab from the airport to Venice and then got a water taxi from there which took longer. We went back to the airport using the Alilaguna water boat from Guglie and it was so much easier. Rita was vey helpful on our last day and we were able to keep our luggage at the house until we left for a late flight. We would definitely book here again. I visited with friends but I would not hesitate to stay here as a single woman as it felt very safe. The local cafes are great for coffee and croissants!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Woche genossen. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

La posizione permette di fare tutto tranquillamente a piedi, l’aria condizionata è stata fondamentale per dormire al fresco in queste giornate torride. Appartamento piccolo ma fornito di tutto, siamo anche riusciti a parcheggiare davanti. Molto stretto l’Accesso al parcheggio e non proprio facile da trovare.

L’appartement proposé correspond à la description, il est idéalement situé, bien équipé, il est agréable d’y séjourner et l’emplacement pour la voiture est un atout. Katarina a été tout à fait disponible par messagerie. Séjour vraiment très agréable sur tous les plans.

Ottimo soggiorno, Pietro si è mostrato molto gentile e disponibile, ci è venuto incontro sia nella fase di check in (il nostro volo era in ritardo e siamo arrivati alla casa verso mezzanotte) sia durante il check-out. Ci ha consigliato posti e ristoranti da vedere. La casa è funzionale, dotata anche di un bel giardino! L’unica cosa che mi sento di dire è che la camera da letto è un po’ calda e il ventilatore fa circolare poca aria. Per il resto anche l’alloggio è ubicato in una posizione comodissima

We had a lovely time in Piran at Alenka’s apartment. It was a beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We just wish we had more time there. We loved being able to walk all around the old town and also swim at all the beaches surrounding-all within 5 minutes walking. The instructions for the car parking and shuttle bus were great too, really helped us. Thank you and we hope to return one day.

Great location- close to the city centre for restaurants and bars/ clubs, equally close to the beach area and ferry ports. Should note lots of stairs to get up to the location as the homes are situated “above” the city centre area - no way around this. Easy to find the home based on Mo’s description, Mo was very responsive and helpful with coordinating our ferry arrival to the island etc. Space was clean and exactly as described. The air conditioning was amazing in the hot summer they are having right now. Neighbour was friendly and there for our assistance as well. All in all a great place to stay! We will be back!

Beautiful stay in a lovely town - we couldn’t believe it was so quiet! It felt really special to be in the old town, and also to be so close to the lake for swimming. Loads of great restaurants - ones for special meals, and for casual dining too. The carefor supermarket was really well stocked and the kitchen well equipped for a bit of self catering too! We travelled with our 10 month year old and had everything we needed in the apartment. And found the town perfect for a family holiday - there are steps for the push chair on the quicker routes - but avoidable if you want. Loads of free parking a short walk away from the apartment - and we unloaded right by the apartment. We didn’t explore the local area because we enjoyed the town too much!

We had a lovely time, the road to the house & parking was a little tricky with the tight streets definitely not for the faint hearted. The local shops are fantastic and very friendly. We arrived on Easter weekend and not much was open so be mindful to do a shop on route. The house was well equipped for 5 of us, however extra seating for outside would have made it even more pleasant

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer unglaublichen und magischen Aussicht. Hier sind die Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge atemberaubend, über den Wolken. Wir hatten sehr kurzfristig die Unterkunft gebucht. Maria und Ihre Familie hatten alles für unsere Ankunft vorbereitet und waren auch sehr Hilfsbereit. Ein Extra Dankeschön nochmal an Marcello der uns alles erklärt hat wo was ist sowie Empfehlungen ausgesprochen hat. Eine sehr herzliche liebe Familie Die Wohnung war sehr groß und sauber. Mit dem Whirlpool & der Terrasse hat man auch einen fantastischen Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer. Wir haben als Willkommsgeschenk eine Flasche Wein aus Ihrer eigenen Produktion geschenkt bekommen. Ich kann diese Wohnung empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder an die Amalfi Küste kommen sollte wird Maria und Ihre Familie die erste Station sein.

We had a great stay at Loreta’s place. We loved the view from the terrace and found everything we need there. Loreta’s brother had saved a parking spot for us right outside. Just note there is no lift so you do have to walk ups few flights of stairs. It’s about a 10 min uphill walk to the bazaar. Lots of nice local restaurants.

Had a great stay at Almir's place. The apartment was pristinely clean. Almir was also very friendly and helpful during the entirety of our stay. Would 100% recommend again!

We had a wonderful stay. Emeldina and her husband were so welcoming. The apartment is extremely well kitted out and immaculately clean. It is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the centro storico. The roof terrace has stunning views and is a great place to relax after busy days out. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich das tun. Thomas und Elke sind so herzliche Menschen. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, es war sofort wie wenn man Urlaub bei Freunden macht. Die Unterkunft liegt herrlich ruhig und man ist zügig überall um Istrien zu erkunden. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, alles super sauber und gepflegt. Die Kinder haben nach dem Baden im Meer jeden Tag den Pool genossen und sich auf Simon die Katze gefreut. Wir hatten einen grandiosen Urlaub hier, gerne kommen wir zurück in dieses zauberhafte Kleinod! Vielen Danke an Elke und Thomas für dieses Fleckchen Erde und den tollen Urlaub dort.

Beautiful, clean home close to amenities. Host was very kind, helpful and responsive. If you’re looking to stay in Venice I would definitely recommend staying here. My partner and I will definitely be back next time!

Lovely house in peaceful surroundings. The house has everything you need and is fully equipped. It has everything you can think of and a fully equipped kitchen. I stayed for a month and its very suitable for longer stays aswell. Sauro is a great host. Very responsive and easy accessible. Warmheartedly recommended.

We spent there several days and the villa is perfect and as described. Clean, has everything needed for a family, and it was warm because of the floor heating. Linda answered any question we have had and was very communicative and friendly. Everything was good!

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles war sauber und die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet. Die Küche besitzt alle nötigen Dinge. Lediglich die Lage ist etwas "abseits" (7 min zur nächsten Stadt), was aber auch positiv ist, da kein Touristenaufkommen ist. Der kostenlose Privatparkplatz ist sehr praktisch. Auch der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin Erin war sehr nett und äußerst schnell. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

The house was absolutely great and comfortable. We loved the view and the position of it. Mošćenička Draga is a great small town with two beautiful beaches and pretty restaurants. We missed only some sun chairs around the house.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage bei Margerita verbracht. Sie ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und spricht sehr gut deutsch. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig auf einem Hügel und trotzdem ist man zu Fuß sehr schnell in der Altstadt von RAB.
