The house is gently decorated and very cozy with fireplace and 2 wood stoves. Large 1st floor with many cosy nooks, TV room and nice view, partly over Marina and the water. Large rose garden and large wooden terrace with sofas, eating furniture and sun loungers and large Weber Gas BBQ. Several good bikes in the garage. Perfect for wedding couples/guests.

Charming little thatched cottage with room for 4. The ceiling is low (176-183 cm and a little less under the beams). Cozy living room with dining and sofa space. Small kitchen with access to a small courtyard. Ommel is a quiet charming village, in Marstal parish, with 2 small harbors. It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is located just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the island sea trail and bike routes start nearby and buses are free on the island.

There are good opportunities for beach fishing or swimming. The house has a fish cleaning area and a nice large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

Zwei Haltestellen für den kostenlosen Inselbus befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Haus ist ideal für Familien oder Paare. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es gibt einen sonnigen Garten mit Möbeln und Grill.

Du siehst vom Haus die Sonne über dem Meer aufgehen und abends die Lichter vom ca 9 km entfernten Ærøskøbing. Diese Perle wird von uns nach und nach renoviert und ist mit viel Liebe einfach, individuell und entspannt eingerichtet.

Our 70s cottage on Ærø is located in Borgnæs 3 km outside Ærøskøbing. The house is located on a large plot only 300 meters from the child-friendly sandy beach with a jetty. The house consists of living room, dining room and kitchen in one, 2 rooms and a bathroom. In addition, covered terrace and terrace with morning sun. 2 bikes and 2 sea kayaks available
