Lovely little house in a calm area close to the beach and only 14 minutes by metro to the city center. Has a lovely garden and is very suitable for small families and couples who wants to live in a calm area close to the city. 200 meter to the nearest large grocery store which has everything. We have chicken in the back of the garden that will provide you with eggs daily :)
