The spacious apartment is part of the atmospheric Skebjerg Søgaard, surrounded by fantastic nature and fresh air. On the farm there are horses, chickens, rabbits, cats and the dog Carlo. Horseback riding is included in the price. The farm has smaller forest areas and two small lakes. Indoor table tennis, darts, football games. The apartment has three bedrooms (6 people), but the possibility of an additional 4-6 people staying on the sofa bed and in the loft. Many excursion possibilities, including Tranekær Castle, Rudkøbing and beaches.

Kragnæs is directly connected to the old beautiful market town of Ærøskøbing via the beautiful nature trail (Nevrestien), which is 5.5 km. In addition, it is only 3 km to the island's largest town, Marstal. The house has a lovely, unspoiled south-facing garden where you can relax under the big old apple tree. Kragnæs is a lovely little village in the heart of Ærø, where you can relax from the city life.

Just outside the house are bus stops, from which the bus runs free of charge once an hour, towards Søby as well as towards Ærøskøbing and Marstal. The beach is 2-3 km away. In Søby, 6 km away, a Dagli Brugs, as well as a barbecue bar/restaurant. In Ærøskøbing, 10 km away, there is a Netto, as well as a number of shops and restaurants. Marstal, 18 km away, Superbrugsen, Apoteket, as well as a number of other shops, and restaurants.

Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)

Charming shed trailer uniquely located on scenic grounds with panoramic views over Lake Ollerup. The shed is nicely decorated with a good 140 cm bed, table and chairs. The functional outdoor kitchen is equipped with 2 hobs, a small sink and a 15 l water jug. There is everything you need to cook a simple meal. Bathroom and toilet facilities are located in a brand new trailer about 60 m away. There are 2 toilets and a bathroom shared with 1 other trailer. There is also a refrigerator for free use.

Gæster skal SELV medbringer sengelinned & håndklæder. Rengøring indgår i prisen.
