The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center, which contains supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and medical centers. Close to the house is the area's best beach with free access to the swimming bridge and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the adjoining courtyard. At a distance of about 20 km are the larger cities Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensborg.

Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in lovely rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing water. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and only 1.5 km to the airport.

Welcome to the old shoemaker's cottage in Gråsten. Here you can spend the night in the shoemaker's old workshop - a charming cottage gently and rustically renovated with respect for the house's unique history and soul. From the garden, you can enjoy the view of the castle lake. The cottage is 56 m2 and contains an entrance hall, new kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms with a total of four beds.
