Built with traditional stone and wood architecture. It consists of two independent residences, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The first floor apartment has a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

There are 2 bedrooms with 1 double and 1 semi-double bed respectively and 2 sofas that turn into a bed in the living room.
