A converted stone watermill at the bottom of a small valley, between two waterfalls. Walking in, you half-expect to have stepped back a century. The sound doesn't stop—it follows you to sleep and is the first thing you hear in the morning. You leave the car on an old bridge above and walk down a short rustic path; below it, the property opens up. Two villages and a small market sit a hundred meters back, reminding you civilization is still out there—but down here you're in your own world.

Old, restored house, integrated into a magnificent garden. Swimming pool and gym. Close to Ponta Delgada, with good access to the entire island. Ideal for relaxing vacations in contact with nature, both in summer and winter. It has air-conditioning and two fireplaces, which give the house a lot of comfort in the winter. Big house with 1 suite, 3 bed rooms, 3 WC (one for the suite, 1 shared for the 3 bed rooms and 1 common), there is also a kitchen, living room and swimming pool outside. It's located on the center of S. Miguel Island, near "everything". Great house for familys and groups. We're making constant improvements and we are remodeling all the surrounding space of the house to provide better contact with nature and plants.
