Completamente renovada e situada bem perto do centro histórico, conhecido pelas muralhas, pelas igrejas e museus, bem como os optimos restaurantes e bares. Está localizada numa rua calma e com estacionamento. A casa é composta por sala, quarto, wc, cozinha totalmente equipada e pátio onde podem disfrutar de uma deslumbrante vista para a piscina e tomar fantásticos banhos de sol. :) Composto por uma espaçosa sala de estar com sofá-cama e cadeira de baloiço, TV com canais por cabo e NETFLIX, Wi-FI grátis, diversos jogos de tabuleiro e coluna portátil de som. Quarto com uma cama grande (160cm), diversas almofadas disponíveis, mesas de cabeceira e espaço para arrumação de roupa. Uma casa de banho com walk-in shower, uma cozinha com mesa de refeições e totalmente equipada. Pode encontrar também um agradável terraço com mobiliário de exterior e uma "piscina" onde poderá desfrutar de óptimos momentos em familia . Terá ao seu dispor toalhas de praia. Apenas a 10minutos a pé do centro da cidade e da estação de autocarros, da Avenida principal e Marina. Fácil de chegar às mais bonitas praias de Lagos e a outros pontos de interesse. Está localizada numa rua com pouco trânsito, bastante calma, e com estacionamento gratuito. O bairro é super seguro e próximo de mercados e pastelarias deliciosas! Será certamente um bom ponto de partida para umas férias. Providenciamos berço, lençóis para bébés, toalhas de banho, bem como cadeira de alimentação ou qualquer extra mediante solicitação. Ao vosso dispor terão shampoo, gel de banho, algodões e cotonetes.

Possibility to include a work desk. There is also the possibility of accepting wedding celebrations, if you are small groups, for an additional fee. For more information contact the host directly. A mountain villa built more than 100 years ago , implanted on an imposing rock with a unique surroundings and a breathtaking view over the sea the city , Cascais and the mountain where it is inserted . The house was recently refurbished and enlarged with a modern and design construction enjoying the view and surroundings . You can see it from the top of the Serra de Sintra, to Guincho to Cabo Espichel. A stone's throw from the pedestrian paths of the Serra de Sintra and its monuments and next to good restaurants , cafes with good atmosphere , the small village has a supermarket and pharmacy for your tranquility. Guests have at their disposal a house with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, totally private and access to a large garden with an infinite pool where they can enjoy the wonderful view. I live on the property and am available to share stories and information about the region. I love cycling and know the Serra like the back of my hand. I can share the secrets of the mountains and advise the best restaurants in the region. Malveira da Serra, picturesque village next to Cascais and Lisbon (20 min), with hiking trails in Serra de Sintra and its monuments. Guincho Beach and its wild dunes with their unique beauty are a paradise for surfing/kite-surfing/windsurfing. I advise you to use your own car.

Exceptional location! Magnificent view of the beach, just in front of the private balcony in 2º floor, lots of sun and natural light in all the apartment. A beautiful green park at the other side of the street whith an amazing pedestrian and ciclo via along the Cávado river. The cozy apartment you can see in the photos...is realy nice and super comfortable for 2 persons. Really safe neighborhood all around.
