The cabin is only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Prepare a nice dinner in the large kitchen in the house or see if the kids dare to swim in the slightly cold river. Drive up or down Setesdalen and visit various action attractions or experience the view and tranquility up on the plateau. In the evening, you can enjoy birdsong and sleep in built-in, pink-painted beds. Note: We usually arrange free/flexible check-in and check-out!

Lille Presteskjær Lighthouse

Lighthouse from 1895 with housing and apartment in the tower itself. The building is established on a reef at the end of Rekefjord. Original furniture from the time when the lighthouse keepers and their families lived in the lighthouse. The lighthouse has a kitchen, bathroom and toilet, living room, storage rooms, atrium with panoramic views, 3 bedrooms and a small kitchen that has been converted into an extra bedroom. There is also a boat garage attached to the lighthouse, this is decorated for outdoor fun and simple dining.

Small cabin on island

"Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
