The hotel opened in 2021 and is located in an old, partly converted apartment building in the middle of Arendal city centre. Check-in and check-out are automated, and traditional hotel services such as mini bar, room service, 24-hour reception are replaced by digital services.

Fritids-eiendommen består av stor hovedhytte fra ca 1814, samt påbygg fra rundt 2005 og oppgradert anneks fra 2017, bryggeanlegg, terrasser, stor plen med trampoline og boblebad. Sol på eiendommen fra tidlig morgen til sen kveld. Totalt er det ca 20 soveplasser og 3 bad fordelt mellom hovedhus og anneks. Eiendommen holder høy standard.

På dette stedet kan familien din bo i nærheten av alt, beliggenheten er sentral. Det er badeplasser og Kragerø sentrum er en fem minutters gåtur unna. Stedet ligger på idylliske Øya i Kragerø med parkeringsplass utenfor inngangsdøren. I utgangspunktet leier vi ut fra søndag til søndag. Ta kontakt, så finner vi en løsning. :)
