Our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow is located on a 1000 m² sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birches, pines and oaks. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning, when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit with a coffee in the conservatory – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly peace in a natural environment.

The 80 m² and over 100-year-old vacation home "Mooiplekje" is idyllically and very quietly located on the edge of a small settlement in the countryside. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly on the sandstone route from here. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. The renovated holiday home is located close to the beautiful nature reserve 'Het Springendal' and 'Landgoed Singraven' where you can take beautiful walks and bike rides. You can also visit the beautiful historic town of Ootmarsum. This natural cottage is the ideal place where you can completely relax and enjoy the Twente landscape.

In the beautiful Twente landscape in the middle of the Springendal nature reserve, a stone's throw from the German border and near the picturesque town of Ootmarsum, lies the Hoeve Springendal estate. You have one of the ten apartments that is fully, attractively and comfortably furnished. One of the apartments is furnished for four people. In our old granary, you can have a nice breakfast or lunch, we also have delicious freshly baked apple pie or a local special beer.

You have access to a fully furnished house with 2 terraces and garden. There is parking and the possibility to store and charge bicycles. Nearby are many cycling and hiking trails. In the house there are regional books, thrillers and games that you can use.
